The pits!

My son was hit by one of your customers when they ran a stop sign. It has been the biggest hassle working with your insurance company. If this is how your customer service is, I would not want to have your insurance. We have been forced to use our insurance, Farm Bureau, and not yours. They are taking care of us, even though the accident was not our son's fault. They told us not to worry about anything because they will take care of dealing with the hassle of trying to settle with American Mercury Insurance! the worst auto insurance

Unfortunately I still have this insurance, but they are horrible. My husband drove his car off the side of the road in a bad storm in the middle of the night. His car was not damaged at all, but the tow truck pulled the bumper off his supped up mazda 6. His pride and joy. So we had to get it fixed. My husband had to deploy soon after, and I was assured by the insurance company that they would hassle with the tow company and I would not need to worry about it. Mercury Has Always Been There for Us

We have had Mercury Auto Insurance for years. We have shopped around many many times and Mercury always comes out number one. They also have been there when we have needed them. — We have had two claims with them on accidents that were not of any fault of ours and they handled the entire situation very professionally and easily. They stay in communication, they don't shy away from the questions and even one claim had to do with the other party not having insurance and they took care of that for us as well. Before getting car insurance I researced and spoke to different people and business I dealt with. Many with good reviews mentioned Mercury. I have had them for many years now and notice they have been able to advertise in the media now. The time I had a small accident and it was my fault they handled it quickly and did not give me a hard time, the amount that went up on my insurance quickly went down with time. IVE HAD MERCURY FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND HAVE PAID ANYWHERE FROM $200 A MONTH TO $120 A MONTH. DEPENDING ON WHAT WAS ON MY DRIVING RECORD AND NOW IM GOING TO CHANGE TO A NEW INSURANCE HOLDER BECAUSE REALLY WHAT WAS I THINKING PAYING UP TO $200 A MONTH. THEY WENT OVERBOARD WITH THAT BUT A DUMMY LIKE ME AT THE TIME WAS PAYING IT. I've been with Mercury Insurance for about 5+ yrs. now. I've always been happy with the fact that my premium goes down every 6 mos. Last Jan. I was rear ended and the person that hit me tried to have their insurance company place all the blame on me. Thank goodness my claim agent never gave up. He paid me my deductible to have my vehicle fixed and fought on till we went to arbitration. The final result.....they were 100% at fault and I received another $500 when my claim closed. I had such a bad experience with Mercury, that when their commercials come on TV, I have to change the channell. Mercury cancelled my policy for no reason and when I tried to talk to the underwriter, no one would call me back at all and I was an agent that sold Mercury Insurance. I have been a customer with Mercury for 10 years now and they have provided the best coverage for the least buck. I have even gotten promotional quotes with special discounts and have lowered the coverage limits on the quotes, and still could not beat Mercury's currnent price.
