I have had AAA for over ten years. i became stranded with my five children being my car wouldnt start and we had our vehicle towed and a taxi called. They were fast,friendly and helpful. — More times than not AAA has been helpful, there was a time a few weeks ago I locked my keys in the car with my two children and called AAA and was told they were behind about three hours and I said, hey I have two children under the age of four in their carseats and the children can't unlock the doors. My family has been protected with AAA insurance for over 12 years. You can't compare their rates and services with any other company. I have looked at other insurance comparisons and they can't even touch AAA so they don't put them on with the other companies that they compare their rates with. I usually pay my insurance in full when due, but they have other plans and financing and their rates are yearly not every six months like most companies. We filed a claim for a fender bender my husband was in and they sent us to their repair shop and had a new fender replaced within a few days. I…

WE HAVE BEEN WITH AAA INSURANCE FOR OVER 12 YEARS. NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM. HAVE A WONDERFUL AGENT WHO IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. AAA OFFERS HOME AND AUTO AMOUNG OTHER INSURANCE. GETTING THE AUTO AND HOMEOWNERS TOGETHER SAVES MONEY BECAUSE THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR MUTIPLE POLICES. I LOVE THE ROAD SERVICE. IT PROVIDES ME WITH A SAFE FEELING KNOWING I CAN ALWAYS REACH THEM FOR ASSISTANCE. Well I have been with Nationwide, State Farm in the last 6mths. They tell you one thing , but when you get the bill it's totally something different. They dont look out for your best interest and just forget about them telling you about a discount on their own. If you dont know about it they certainly are not offering it up to you. This AAA insurance has the best rates and I also have the security of roadside by one of the best companies that i know of. Just moved into a new house in the burbs, 2 cars and a kid on the way. I've had AAA for 3 years now (because the offered the best coverage and rates) but I thought I'd shop around. Got quotes from 6 different companies and they were still the best (several hundred dollars less than Allstate). No company can compare to AAA's insurance rates. The 10% I saved by being an AAA auto club member didn't save me much on my car insurance, but with AAA it isn't needed. — I have never filed a claim with them before and that is why I can't comfortably give them 5 stars. Their customer service rocks, though. I just switched my car and renters insutrance to to AAA, I can't beleive how much I am saving. I am saving about $120 a year on my car insurance and $100 a year on my renters insurance! I wish I had known about them sooner. The only draw back is having to go to the office which is 30 minutes away in order to get set up. I am used to doing everything ver the phone and fax with other companies. Considering gas prices it was a little anoying. But the savings will be worth…

AAA has great rates, especially if you do multiple policies like home owners insurance and car insurance. You get a discount if you go through a credit union as well. The only problem I had was when my husband's car was totalled. AAA took over a year to pay us the value of that car. At first they wanted to pay us about half of what the car was worth. We switched to AAA about 2 years ago when our oldest turned 16. We were previously with AIG, AAA blew AIG's rates away. We saved over $200 on our son alone by switching not to mention $ on our other trucks as well. Love the personal service.
