Ads about services provided are misleading.
Cheap rates, appreciative of good customer service, practical, budget-conscious, have some random bad car luck, willing to pay for quality, value conscious, a busy person

I purchased a new car within the past year. My, at then, insurance company offered a rate that was very high. I researched with a local agent and then signed me up with Progressive.  my experience with them, I am not satisfied with the service ...Allstate is the best  in terms of dealing with customers.! , they are supportive to you progressive doesnt care only care only about collecting your premium and will sue you for any reason when they pay a claim even though you are their client and the next thing you know, your premium is already increased or they drop you unlike in other company I've been with, . - They charge more than other company's too… read full review »

Progressive is a very good insurance company for me and my family. They offer me discounts on multiple coverage. Their customer service is very helpful and timely with their responses. Their rates are very cheap comparing to other insurance companies. Progressive insurance, so far, has been perfect.  When I was looking for new insurance, I tested several of the major auto insurance companies, and Progressive was clearly the cheapest.  Also, the customer service is superior.  When I was still in the information gathering process, I selected the online option to "have someone call you."  I received a call within 30 seconds, and the representative on the phone was informative, patient, and courteous.  There have been other times that I have had to contact customer service, and I have always been able to get ahold of a… read full review »

All I have to say is that the service that i received from Progressive was just incredible. I had been a long time customer of Nationwide, for over 15 years; never had any major problems. I did have my speeding ticket here and there, but never a major accident or anything like that. After fifteen years of being with them, I thought I was paying a little bit too much for my premium. So I called to see what they could do for me. They told me they couldn't do anything. They were my insurance company and also covered the driver of a vehicle that rear-ended me. — My son & I both went to the Chiropractor numerous times for whiplash. the agent who came to look at my vehicle, was a total rag, actually gave me two checks (written out for a pitifully low amount, and told me that one was to cover medical and the other for damages to my car. I am currently insured by Progressive insurance. I used to own an old lincoln town car in which i also had progressive auto insurance. When I was in the market for a new car I decided to also shop for new car insurance. After umpteen different companies giving me the same sales pitch on how they offer the lowest rates along with internet capability.
