Claims routinely denied
As a consumer they routinely denie claims based on bogus policies, if you are the owner of the vehicle you have to name every individual that will be driving the car, spouse children etc. if not they deny coverage in an accident, thus making the driver an uninsured driver, the state then takes your license for six months. be very careful in dealing with them. they tend to drag claims out in hopes that the claimant will use their primary insurance rather than wait for SA, they then negotiate with the primary for half the value of the accident damage...then the primary boosts the customers rate. in the the SA customer gets sued because they don't stand behind their policy.
