I have been insured with New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company for 35 years. They insure my home and my cars. Luckily I've only had to put in to auto claims in the past 35 years. NJM handled the claims very professionally. Their claims personnel were very courteous and efficient. They paid for the claims quickly. They also have fantastic customer service. I have requested a few endorsements to my homeowners policy over the years and they take care of my requests pronto. They have various premium discounts available which have kept my premiums reasonable over the many years...

New Jersey Manufactuers Insurance companies is THE BEST insurance company in New Jersey as far as I'm concerned. I was able to become a member of NJM through my employer at the time. You must be a member of a hospital, union, police or fire force etc. in order to become a member of NJM. It was interesting because you sort of have to go through a review process in order to become a member and it's not as easy as one would think to belong to NJM. This is probably why they are able to offer such great rates for an out of control, highly insurance rated state. During the review process...
