This is the first accident I was involved in, covered by Grange (I was not in error). The service from them and their service rep Rick Jones was excellent. The incident occured on a Fri. afternoon. I called my agent who told me to call it into Grange asap. I did and early Mon. morning I received a call from Rick who went over the information, asked the necessary questions and offered several alternatives on having my car repaired. I chose a shop conveniently located to my work and Rick called the shop and made the appt. for me. The shop then called in car rental reservation (car to be waiting at shop). And then Enterprise called me and confirmed. I literally had to do nothing but bring my car to the shop. Also, on Monday Rick called me back to tell me of conversation with the other party's insurance agent. No hitches. All in all a much easier transaction overall than I expected. Great service from Rick and Grange..
