Trader Joe's Lowfat French toast is an easy to prepare breakfast or treat.  It is made from four grains and provides for some of you daily fiber needs. Pop it in the toaster to make it crispy/chewy on the outside and moist and fragrant on the inside.  I t can be enjoyed "as is" or with a little butter or jam.  Of course they are also great with maple syrup!  Good nutrition and great flavor are important to me and this great tasting treat provides both!
