Trader Joe's frozen edamame.  A nutritious green vegetable that could not be easier to prepare. I get the kind that are still in the shell that can be microwaved or boiled. The other great thing is that they're easy for young children to eat, too. Healthy and delicious.  For the adults, dip in low sodium soy sauce for a little punch. —… read full review »

EDAMAME (pronounced "ed-uh-MA-may") — I became addicted to these tiny, green soybeans when I started going to Sushi restaurants.  Little did I know that I could buy them frozen at places like Trader Joes and Whole Foods.  I personally think the Trader Joe's Edamame tastes better than the ones at Whole Foods (360 brand). — I now buy 5 bags at a time just to keep them in the house for quick snacks or to add to salads.  My husband and 2 year old son love to push them out of their pods and into their mouths.  The bowl is usually… read full review »

I love to eat veggies, and being vegetarian they make up a big part of my diet. But I also love to snack, so Trader Joes has made the perfect product with their edaname.  Each bag is only about $3 and they are so good to eat!  The bag is filled with frozen edaname which are soy beans and they make the perfect healthy snack or a great addition to any dish.  It is a great and easy way to get kids to eat more veggies too.  I love to just thaw the bag and eat the veggies right out of their shell.  They are also easy to boil or microwave, add a little flavor and you can… read full review »

I love going to sushi restaurants and eating edamame. This product is nice because it is easy to prepare but tastes just as good edamame served in restaurants without having to leave home. It is also very inexpensive for the amount that you get. They are a great snack because they are healthy and… read full review »

These are highly addictive... so watch out!  They have a great flavor (unlike any other veggie) and everyone I've cooked them for loves them.  I get the kind that comes unshelled, and cook them in the pod.  One time a friend and I cooked and ate an entire bag while watching a movie (a replacement for popcorn).... so… read full review »
