My husband finally got fed of our old chunky analog signals receiving TV during the world cup season. Without a TV cable, our old TV can receive nothing. He decided to get a LCD TV, flat screen and big! He happened to see a good priced Toshiba - REGZA 46RV525U 46 in. HDTV LCD TV and placed the order without a second thought. It turned out that it's an opened box item and this is reason for the low price compares to the market price. He was a little bit upset about this but the TV was a compeletely a nice bargin. Your eyes won't get tired after hours' watch. The screen is so big that you will get more invovled in the TV program, especially the sccore games. The image is so clean, of course, as it's HDTV. The wide screen is also useful when we play WII games. Light and thin. It could be placed on a table or hung on the wall. Not much space would be taken. Thanks for this TV, my husband had his best world cup season last year in 2010.****

I really like my toshiba lcd because it works great, has great picture quality which makes programs more enjoyable. I think overall good picture quality is the most important thing (after working right )because it makes it worth it to pay for hd. Have not had any problems so far and I had the tv for a little over a year. I think the price was about right maybe a better deal than other popular brands. The tv is really easy to set up. I really like the control because it allows to program other devices, so you can used only one remote control for your tv, sound system, dvd, etc. The 46 in lcd I think is just about the right sized either for a living room or bedroom.Also it comes with a 1 year manufactures warranteed, by the way I actually got extended warranteed throu store 1 more year for free which made it better. Overall I think it was a great buy and up to now I hapy with how it is working. I would recomment it to any one not sure of the brand name.

We purchased the Toshiba 46 inch LCD tv when we moved into our new home about a year ago.  So far, we have been really pleased.  The picture  is very sharp, and is usually clear - except with back-lit shots on some shows.  There is easy access to the menu and image controls, and the input spots are easy to get to as well.

This tv works very well.  The only bad thing about it is that every once in a while the tv will not turn on and you can still here the sound, the picture just didnt show up.  Other than that the tv is very good.  It is lite and easy to move, has many outputs and inputs for all the stuff that you need to plug in.
