This is the best cookware ever. It saved my life. The food burned the pot did not. Doesn't Stick every thing just slides out. Heat Distribution Once you follow the directions the food cooks evenly. Ease of Handling very easy to handle even if the pot is hot. Ease of Cleaning I love the fact that you can just wipe it out, and keep cooking., Design I love the shape and I have a glass top stove. Easy access to the food. Durability my son was cooking and forgot the pot on the stove. All the food in the pot burned to black, the pot did not.

I received a Todd English Hard Anodized GreenPan as a birthday gift. My Mom bought it for me because she had heard so much about it and everybody makes it sound so amazing. She also bought one for herself at the same time. We seasoned our pans together and followed the instructions specified that came with it. Well, at first, I absolutely loved this pan. Nothing stuck to it at all. Clean up was so simple, all I needed was a paper towel to wipe it out with. I was amazed how well this pan worked. Then one day I was frying an egg and it stuck a little. I thought it was odd, but thought maybe I just needed to clean it more thoroughly. But after that, food continued to stick and each time it was a little bit worse. It reached the point where I couldn't use it at all anymore. When I told my Mom about it, she said that she was having the same problem with hers. I have since spoken with several people who have all had the same experience. So unfortunately I can't recommend this product. It's wonderful at first, then it is horrible.

I normally use Calphalon and Anolon cookware but needed a few new pieces so I ordered 2 skillet pans from The Todd English Collection. I love them. They have a good solid weight to them, they cook evenly without anything sticking and they clean up beautifully - they still look clean and new. Doesn't Stick Everytime I have used these pans my items easily slide around in the pan and are easy to remove. I haven't had anything stick to these pans and bbq sauce, glazes, etc are easy to clean out. Heat Distribution These pans cook very evenly. Ease of Handling The handles on my skillets are about an inch wide and curve making it easy to pick them up. They don't get hot and although the pan has a nice weight to it it is very easy to cook with and serve from. Ease of Cleaning It is quite easy to clean these pans - no scrubbing needed they easily clean up with just soap, water and a dishcloth or sponge. Design I really like the curved wide handle and the weight of the pans. They are very well made and the lining of the pan really is stick proof. Durability I use my skillets almost everyday. They still look new. They are easy to clean - do not scratch easily and are well made so the handle always feels firm.

I bought my first greenpan about 4 years ago. worked very fine. after some years, the non stcik became less, but the pan still functions great for meat. For eggs, I bought a new greenpan pan at target. works perfect. I even have the impression the quality of the pan went up. It feels more heavy anyway. In the past I bought calphalon. I had to replace them every 2 years because the nonstick was gone...

I received this pan for free as a "gift" for a promotional campaign. I was really pleased, as my last "non-stick" pan had officially stopped being non-stick and needed replacing. I was a bit shocked at how much the pan costs when I went and looked it up. I'm not sure, even after using it, that I'd pay THAT much for it... However, I do have to say that it's a good quality pan. The pan has a "heavy" feel, which I really like. The fact that the non-stick is "green" is a nice touch, but is not really all that important to me, personally. I must state that I only use non-stick pans for cooking eggs. I've never been a big fan of pans with coatings, but I truly don't understand how anyone manages to cook eggs in a pan without it. My pan is hung on a pot rack and is always hand washed. This said, this is far and away the BEST non-stick pan I've ever used. I've been using mine for about a month now and haven't had an egg come even close to sticking.

We got the small skillet, the wok and the stock pot Green Pan from Crate & Barrel for our wedding.  I love that they are GREEN products...I love how they look....I love that they can go from cooktop to oven....I love that they are non-stick but aren't ugly like most non-stick pans.  We have enjoyed cooking with them and they seem to be working out great.  Nothing sticks to them!  They clean easily with soap and water (I don't put them in the dishwasher). My only real negative comment at this point is that, though I can't feel or see any imperfection, our wok always scratches our glass top cooktop!!  We can NOT move it an inch while it's on the burner or it scratches it!  Not cool. I am still fearful of putting the pans into the oven, even though they say you can, because they just don't "look" like they should be in there!! Also, I do wish they had more sizes and maybe even a set of pans available to purchase.  We would have bought other pots and pans if they had them.  Now we have all we could find, plus a bunch of other non-stick Calphalon pans....totally mix and match, but oh well. My biggest fear after reading the reviews on here are they they are going to one day lose the non-stick ability.  If that happens I will be very, very disappointed...because despite loving them now...they were very expensive.  Other expensive pans are available in sets and you can save money...there were almost a bit too pricey for me.  Had they not been wedding gifts, I likely wouldn't have bought them!

I was a former Calphalon user. I found those products heavy and did not like the non stick Calphalon. The few non stick pans I had would bubble, flake and peel the Teflon coating after awhile. I disliked that very much.  Traditional non-stick is achieved by coating the fry pan with PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene); a waxy, synthetic substance. Teflon releases an odorless gas that is known to harm and kill birds. Imagine what it might be doing to us! Anyway, I read a Consumer Reports about eco safe cookware (Earth Pan, and Green Pan got the highest reviews). I was sold on the products and had to have them What I love about Green Pans. They are light weight and are PTFE free. They conduct heat quicker and better  than traditional pans. I rarely have to turn up the heat  very high.  GreenPan  does not use PTFE, but brings with Thermolon  non-stick technology a healthy alternative to the market.  Thermolon  is heat resistant up to high temperatures.  *This means that GreenPan has an extra safety feature; if you overheat your pan, even up to 450°C/850°F, no toxic fumes will be released and the coating will not blister or peel.* I bought mine at Target on clearance so I know I great deal.

I would recomend this Pans to anyone,even if yu cant cook because you can't burn the food, and the food can't stick to the Pan.**

What can I say about GreenPan?  I love love love this brand!  I decided to try GreenPan after I saw it aired on HSN.  At first I was sceptical, but after hearing so many positive reviews on them, I decided to make my first purchase.  And I am so glad I did.  At the time, I wanted to find a good pan that I didn't need to use that much oil for cooking, since I was starting a diet, and becoming more conscience of what I was eating.  With my new GreenPan, I never have to use butter or oils to cook my food.  It is incredible!  And the clean up is so easy.  I don't have a dish washer, so It is very important to me that clean up be easy.  This GreenPan ALWAYS cleans up easy, and completely.  Sometimes I don't even have to wipe it.  After it sits for a minute in soapy water, I just have to rinse it.  And it is extremely durable.  My boyfriend is a gourmet cook, and he always cooks on extremely high temperatures.  The food never burns, and the pan holds up to the high heat.  It really really does all the things they say it does.  I will never buy another brand of cookware again!!

I saw an advertisement for GreenPans on a shopping channel.  I had to have them.  I don't think they are any better than other supposedly better cooking pans.  I think I paid too much. I should have waited to see what other's had to say before I bought them
