I've had the stainless set for quite a while. My wife did most of the cooking until she died a year and a half ago. I then had to take over the cooking chores. This set makes cooking a pleasure. I liked the stainless set so much a few monthes ago I bought the haerd anodized nonstick set. I also is a pleasure to cook with this set. I highly recommend these sets. Great combination of quality and reasonable(not cheap) price. The stainless is heavy especially in the larger sizes, but you have to expect that with stainless steel. Yes the exposed edge of the copper layer does tanish but can be shined upn easily if that bothers you. The cooking and cleaning performance is what counts most. Doesn't Stick I have both the stainless steel and the non-stick Emerilware and love both. The stainless steel needs oil but any residue cleans easily. The nonstick version works very well. Cleanup is very easy. Heat Distribution Nice and even. Have not noticed any problems to date. Ease of Handling Nice handles. The handles don't get hot on stovetop use. The cover handles will get hot, but I do not view that as a disadvantage. Ease of Cleaning Very easy for nonstick. Easy for stainless steel. Design Nice design. I like the cover handles better on the stainless steel better than the later design on the nonstick, but both are very nice. Durability I have had for several years now(stainless steel) and no probems. I bought the nonstick 2 years ago and have had no problems.

I purchased emeril ware which is all clad,it is the best cookware I ever owned. It cooks evenly and heats up fast. To clean it is very easy .It is heavy duty and not flimpsy. it never warps and stays flat on your stove.  I have mine for several years and have bought other pieces to my set. Once you cook in All clad you will never want anyelse kind of cookware.It maybe more expensive but the durabilty makes up for the expense.

I recieved my Emerial cookware as a Christmas gift. However, I was there with my mom when she picked out thi set for me I have to say I was skeptical at first, but I love my cookware. There is only one pan that is bad about sticking but it is only if I do not spray it first. .Other than that, I have had zero issues with this cookware. It is dishwasher safe, cleans easy and stays pretty, despite the fact I have uised each piece literally hundres of times.

I have a confession to make, I burn pots and pans from time to time. I get busy, you know? So I am really grateful for high quality pots and pans like the Emerilware cookware, as they have thick bottoms that can take a bit of abuse. They clean up really well, too. Even after you leave a pot of greens steaming with too little water while you are trying to wrestle a little baby into her diaper. Think black, pitch black bottomed pot. Shudder. But a good scrubbing with steel wool and some dish soap for five minutes actually polished the pot back to its original state. I really enjoy how well the pots cook rice, too. A lot of thinner pots will end up drying out or burning rice, but with a thicker bottomed pot you get a nicely cooked pot of rice pretty much every time. Unless you leave it too long and burn it. The pots are a bit heavy and hurt my wrists every once and a while, and I'm worried that my baby is going to squash her toes when she is playing in my cabinets, but again... those thick bottoms are a life saver.

I've had my Emerilware cookware set for over a year and I absolutely love it!  The set is the perfect size with interchangeable lids that fit a dutch oven, small and large fry pans, 2 quart pan, and three quart pan.  I love that the pans can go directly from stove to oven, reducing the number of pans/dishes that need to be used/washed.  These pans cook food evenly and are very easy to clean.  The copper core helps distributes the heat evenly and quickly and easily is restored to it's like-new shine with the help of some Bar Keeper's Friend powder (and NO elbow grease!).  The great clear glass lids allow you to see what's happing in the pan without uncovering it.  This is a sturdy, well made product and will last for years--mine still looks like I just took it out of the box and I've used it every day for a year.  The price is reasonable when compared to other All Clad products and is a terrific value.  I highly recommend this set!

This is a really nice piece of cookware to have for all of us "wanna be" at home chefs. It has a lifetime warranty (which certainly doesn't hurt). Some of the things I like about it are that the pan (and lid) are oven safe, the pan heats very evenly and works great on my "flat top" stove. Things just seem to cook better, and I get a nicer end product from using this over some of my cheaper cookware. It does indeed make cooking easier for me.It is sturdy, and has some "beef" to it so it doesn't slide and spin around when you are stirring things while cooking. Very nice to be able to brown something on the stove top, then pop straight into the oven to finish up cooking. You can't do that with cheap plastic handled cookware... This pan cleans up really easily without a lot of work. My only negative is that Emerilware is so expensive, but I guess that you do indeed get a much higher quality overall product for the price.

I received the Emeril cookware, pots and pans, as a wedding gift and have for the most part been very happy with them. They are non stick which works out great and they do a great job at cooking the food. The food cooks evenly and does not stick. The only slight draw back to these pots and pans is that you have to hand wash them, they are not dish washer safe. For me, a some what more lazy person, having to do dishes after cooking is a chore. I like easy, quick clean up, and this would be equal to being able to put the pots in the dish washer. Luckily, if you pre soak the pots in a sink full of soapy water, they do scrub clean very easily. So at least you can quickly hand wash them.

cooking with this set makes me feel like a real professional. Easy clean up and what I am cooking never sticks. Makes me want to flip my pancakes like on tv and do the bam. I am so glad that I got these, I am thinking about ordering them for a gift.  Wish I had bought these many years ago.  Would not have wasted all my time and effort trying to cook on hand me down or cheap imitations.  I just thought I did not have a knack for cooking, but found out it was what I was trying to cook with.  The recipes that are included with the set are wonderful.  I can always find something that everyone will like and looks forward to trying.  Not that oh, no same old thing again.  Makes me happy to come home and say I am going to make dinner.  Not the dreaded oh, no, I should have picked up something on the way home.
