This it the worlds best cookware ever!! They are very expensive, if bought at full price. But they are definatly worth it. They work like a dream on smooth top stoves, they are easy to clean and I find myself not having to "crank up the heat" everytime I cook. I can turn on the burner to med and keep it there. They are heavy and conduct heat wonderfully. You can even use them to defrost last minute freezer pull outs, with their awsome ability to conduct heat they easily use room air to defrost.
