Years ago, I had Verizon. And I had no problems with them. Then I got hit with a double whammy; bankruptcy after the divorce, and medical problems that kept me from driving a truck. My Verizon bill was paid up-to-date, but, I declared bankruptcy. I switched over to a "pay as you go" plan with Verizon. That was OK, but I got charged even if I connected to an answering machine!
