I purchased a Sony Bravia new and have had it a little less than two years.  The television has an excellent picture, good clarity, good color.  The sound is excellent.  Easy to use and connection/hookup is easy (just read above the colored plug ins).  HDTV comes across like you are there and could walk into their world. I did have a problem with my TV not coming on and chatted online with Sony technical. Sony tvs are built with a red light that blinks when you have a problem and the number of blinks indicates what your problem is. The man was very nice and walked me through several steps to try. My problem was blinking a number of times that was not on the internet or in the instructions.  After leaving the tv off for over 24 hours and letting it reboot it worked again.  Then I had the same problem again.  This time I decided to get a new surge protector and see if that could be the cause. Fortunately, it was, the television has worked fine ever since.

We love this TV, it has great sound quality, amazing picture, and is esthetically pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend this TV to anyone. The only problem I have is that the picture in the Manuel for the plug ins in the back is deceiving. It has three HDMI hook ups in the picture, but really only has two.
