A new king sized mattress was one of the first purchases my husband and I made after he had finished his education and was established in what we thought was a stable career.  We both thought the new mattress was amazing!  We bought it in 2007 and we were fine with it for about two years.  Now my husband's "side" is more sunken than mine because he is heavier than I am.  There it a "hill" in the center of the mattress.  We have switched sides to try and even it out but it does not take very long for our predicament to return.  I am not really that picky about what I am sleeping on.  I sleep fine, but it is harder for my husband, he feels like he is sinking into the mattress.  Personally I really dislike the hill in the middle, it causes my baby to roll into me when she is laying next to me in the mornings.  I don't sleep with her, especially because of this.  But it is annoying to have to deal with it at anytime.  It has not been a horrible bed, but we will not get a memory foam mattress for our next bed.
