My husband and I have owned this mattress for a few years now. It still feels new! It has not lost any of its cush or softness. Its still fluffy and not lumpy at all, like most mattresses get when you use them. We purchased this soon before we got married, we were shocked at the value for the price of the product! It is truly the nicest mattress either of us have ever purchased. It does not squeak when you move at night, and never sinks in. Its soft, yet very supportive! Downside is that you can't flip it over as pillow top is on one side only, and because it's really thick it's hard to find sheets to fit and stay on. Wamsutta extra deep are the only ones that work!

Better than what I had before (regular spring style), but I am sure that I could have gotten a better one. This one has to be "turned" about every 3 months to keep comfy.
