not impressed
First of all, I might be the unfortunated fews who has gotten a defective unit. One year during the time I have this TV, I have had it broke down 3 times, fortunately all covered under the warranty. But it's still a pain to call customer service and request a technician to come in and fix it. All three times were the same issue, they just replace the board in the TV and call it good. They will not let me have another unit. In term of feature, this TV seem to have it all. It's my first HDTV so can't really compare. It has enough HDMI ports for all my entertainment units. The color is crispy clear and a lot of features that you can tweak it. It takes about 3-5 seconds to turn on the TV though, which is annoying. There's also a slight delay when using the control, not sure if I didn't point it right at the TV or what, but it's slow.
