Don't waste your money on one of the fancy front load washers, the Roper Top Load Super Capacity Washer does a great job getting your clothes clean and not emptying pockets. We bought this washer after our fancy washer died after only 5 years. We have been super happy with it. It has your basic water level & temperature settings and that's really all you need. I definitely recommend this washer.

I own the Roper RTW4300SQ Top Load Washer. It is made by the Whirpool Company. I have had this washer for about 6 years now. And I have never had one, single issue with this washer. It has lots of great features such as a super capacity washer tub and goes through 8 different washing cycles to make sure that clothes are washed well. It has three different settings for the types of items you are cleaning: gentle, normal, and permanent press. It even has four different water levels so you don't ever use more water than you need. I can fit quite a bit of laundry into one load and it saves me time. It is a very dependable washer so far and I recommend this brand to anyone who is looking to purchase one.

I have had nothing but problems with this washer. About a year ago I had to replace the drum and now it has died all together. On top of it not working it is filled with water. I will never buy this brand again.

I LOVE my Roper washing machine. I wash on average 3-4 loads of laundry per week. Within my first week of purchasing this machine I washed 5 loads per night because my laundry was backed up! I put this machine thru a lot that first week and it passed the test with flying colors. I have two dogs so I wash their bedding and mine once a week and the machine can handle it. It definitely gets the job done. It isn't very loud so I don't have to turn up the tv/radio when it's running! I'm also on a very minimal budget so this machine is definitely the best choice for those that want/need a new washer but don't have much money to spend. The only problem I have with this washer is there isn't a way to pre-load the fabric softener. However, you can buy a downy ball and the problem is solved. I usually just try to catch it on the rinse cycle!

This is the first new washer I have ever had. It has work very well for me. I have three kids, 20, 13, and 12 and 5 dogs. I use the washer every day and haven't had a problem with it. It runs good and gets my clothes very clean. I probably over use it since it runs almost constantly. I have to wash clothes and dogs' blankets and much more every day and some days it runs all day long. I figured it would have broken down by now with the way I use it. This washer is a great appliance and it fits in the space that I have available for it. I love it.
