My boyfriend and I needed to replace the mattress I had at the time when he moved in. It was a memory foam mattress as well, albeit a very cheap, no-name mattress. Since I had been sleeping on this mattress for years, I did not want to go back to a spring mattress. My boyfriend was resistant to memory foam at first. The only experience he had with it at the time was my old, VERY cheap, 6' mattress, and it was not very comfortable for him. We shopped and searched, going to different furniture stores and trying out their different mattresses. We kept going back to the Tempur pedic line, but I knew that was way out of our price range. They were really the only ones we could agree on since I was dead-set on getting a better memory foam mattress. I was really discouraged that we would not be able to come to an agreement, until one day as I was checking my email I saw one from viewpoints in my inbox. I remembered reviewing my Nintendo Wii when I had first purchased it on here, and thought it would be a good idea to research the spring mattress we were contemplating at the time. I couldn't really find anything on it, but as I was searching mattresses, Restava kept popping up, and all the reviews I had read on them were great, so I decided to hop over to their website to do more research. Once at their website, I was blown away by the price, as well as the 120 Day Money Back Guarantee. I figured with a return policy like that, why not go ahead and try it, What did I have to lose? Once the bed was delivered, set up, and slept in for the first night, I found out the only thing I had to lose was an uncomfortable night's sleep. Our mattress is amazing! We absolutely love it. We chose the 10' Caress model back in September of 2012 (there was no category for it on here, and this was the closest one I could find that they offer now), and have been enjoying it ever since. The only issue we had was with the foundation. It was one of the fold out kinds. I thought that was a pretty novel idea at the time when it came in, but a week later it completely collapsed on us. Luckily, Restava's customer service really is as good they claim to be. I called up, told them what had happened, they sent me an email with instructions on what to do (I had to take some pictures to show the damage), I emailed them back with the info, then called them and they are issuing me a refund. Easy-peasy, and Pam was really nice. So, if you are thinking about Restava, by all means go for it. You won't be disappointing.
