Best Vitamin For Women

By

from USA

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

About two months ago I decided that I would try a different multivitamin. After speaking with a few different people and hearing very good things about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin, I decided to give it a try. I have been taking Rainbow Light for almost two months now and have nothing but great things to say about it. Since I have been taking the vitamin I have more energy than ever before and feel wonderful. I have seen dramatic changes in my skin and nails. I no longer get tried in the middle of the day like before. Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin is a great vitamin for women that I would definitely recommend to any women. Also, I have noticed that since taking the multivitamin, that I feel more full after eating, I no longer feel the need to snack throughout the day and I have lost a few pounds. In my opinion Rainbow Light Women's is the best vitamin for any women.

My go to multivitamin

By

from USA

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

After years of Centrum and Women's One A Day, I switched to Rainbow Light and haven't looked back since. These are gentle on the stomach and can be taken with or without a meal. I only wish it weren't so much more expensive then Centrum and Women's One A Day so when I find a good deal, I try to stock up.

Food-Based Multivitamins Different from the Rest

By

from USA

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

I changed over from a general multivitamin to the Rainbow Women's Multivitamin and am happy with the difference. I feel that my body absorbs more of the vitamins and minerals from these vitamins since the vitamins and minerals are sourced from food, so it makes it more bio-available to our bodies. When I think about the typical everyday vitamin, I think about the heavily-shellacked hard pill that travels through our systems without much effect. But with the Rainbow brand, you can see and feel the difference. The vitamins include things specific to women's needs like Dong Quai, to help balance women's hormones. These vitamins also contain digestive enzymes and probiotics, which are helpful also for women, in enabling the creation of good flora in our bodies. I've often taken papaya enzymes for digestive health but have found that since taking these vitamins that I need them less, and everything just feels more balanced. Plus, they are among the more affordable vitamins at natural foods stores.

Best bang for your buck

By

from USA

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

I hate vitamins. I think most of them out on the market today are full of fillers and do little to nothing for your body but claim otherwise. However, this vitamin is the real deal. I don't want to sound like a commercial but these vitamins are not only all natural but they are actually able to be digested by your body. There are no added synthetic ingredients such as dyes and titanium dioxide. Its a simple vitamin that gets the job done. Also, for those who tend to have upset stomach problems. You will be hard pressed to have any stomach issues with these vitamins. The only negative thing I can say is that these along with the calcium vitamins by Rainbow Light tend to be a bit hard to swallow. Due to being as natural and pure as they are, they don't have the slip that many synthetic vitamins do. I don't want to go into the science behind the ingredients but trust me when I say that if you compare the ingredients and the chemical build of each vitamin, you might then want to shell out a few more bucks to get these lovely vitamins :)

Best I've found

By

from Ogden, UT, USA

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

This is probably the best multi-vitamin that I have found in a supermarket. It contains not only all of the vitamins that a woman's body need, but also has some fabulous extras: digestive support, greens, etc. I rarely eat vegetables so this multi-vitamin is perfect for me since it automatically adds in the necessary nutrients from the greens that I don't want to eat. I continuously recommend this multi-vitamin to everyone I know. It is one of the best out there for the price.

A wonderful product if vitamins upset your stomach!

By

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

Do you have a sensitive stomach? Do you have a hard time taking vitamins that don't make you sick? If you answered yes to those questions, I want to tell you about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamins.

I personally don't have a sensitive stomach and can tolerate most vitamins and minerals, but my daughter gets sick from almost all of them that I have bought for her, except Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamins. We both take these and she does not get sick any more!

These contain 5000 IU Vitamin A, 120 mg Vitamin C, 800 IU Vitamin D, 100 IU vitamin E, 100 mcg Vitamin K, 25 mg Vitamin B1, 25 mg Riboflavin, 25 mg Niacin, 25 mg Vitamin B6, 800 mcg Folic Acid, 25 mcg Vitamin B12, 150 mcg Biotin, 25 mg Vitamin B5, 200 mg Calcium, 6 mg Iron, 100 mg Magnesium, 10 mg Zinc, 200 mcg Selenium, 1 mg Copper, 2 mg Manganese, 200 mcg Chromium, 75 mcg Molybdenum, 20 mg Choline, 20 mg Inositol, 1 mg Boron, and 25 mg Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex.

Another difference in these vitamins is the addition of something called "Women's Nourishing Blend": (equivalent to 300 mg food and herbal powder) Dong Quai [root] 4:1 Extract, Organic Spirulina, Red Clover [blossoms] 2:1 Extract125 mg.

Vegetable Juice Complex: (equivalent to 40 mg vegetable powder) Kale, Spinach, Dandelion Greens, Beet10 mg.

Complete Digestive Support: Protease664 HUT Amylase226 DU Lipase2 LU Cellulase3 CU Lactobacillus Sporogenes25 million CFU*Betaine HCl10 mg.

These may not meet 100% of each individuals needs, but they are a good choice for us since my daughter can finally take a multivitamin without getting an upset stomach and nausea. Because of that I highly recommend them.

Rainbow Light multivitamins are gentle on the stomach!

By

from Camp Lejeune, NC

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

I've been taking Rainbow Light vitamins since I learned great things about them while working at Whole Foods Market. I took their [Prenatal One Multivitamin][1] when I was pregnant, and now I take their Women's One Multivitamin.

What I like about **Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamins **is that they are made with all natural, food-based ingredients. Since they are food-based, the vitamin is more gentle on your stomach than traditional vitamins, and your body absorbs the nutrients better. I have never had any issues with nauseousness or upset stomach like I have with other non-food-based vitamins. I can even take these on an empty stomach!

This vitamin contains a "Women's Nourishing Blend" that consists of: Dong Quai, Organic Spirulina and Red Clover Blossoms. These ingredients help hormone/body issues that women often go through. These vitamins also contain digestive enzymes and probiotics, which is what I think puts it above most other brands of multivitamins. If you're looking for a natural vitamin that will be easy on your stomach, I highly recommend these!

Rainbow Light Women's Daily is a good choice.

By

from Greensboro, NC

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

I started taking the Rainbow Light Women's Daily vitamin a few months ago.  I like that the vitamin is made just for women and that it is food based without a bunch of extra junk in it.  I also like that it is a one a day vitamin and it goes down easy.  I do notice that it makes my urine yellow for a bit after taking it and am not really sure why although I do not find this to be a concern for me.  I am able to order it online for cheaper than I can buy it locally and this is nice.  I have used several other Rainbow Light products and so far am pleased with them all.  I have been fairly healthy since starting on the daily vitamin so I do think it is worthwhile to take it and think this particular vitamin is a good choice.  It contains a good amount of vitamins and minerals so even if I do not take additional Vitamin C or D during the cold and flu season I still feel like I am giving my body a lot of what it needs to build a healthy immune system.

Best natural once a day multi vitamin!

By

from Joliet, IL

Comments about Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin:

I have been taking Rainbow light womens once daily vitamins for two years now.  I love the fact that it is all natural no garbage in them that I do not need.  I also like that there is all of the vitamins and mminerals that are needed to work together and the fact that there are green foods in them.  They are also easy on the stomach; if I do not eat right away it does not make me quesy.
