The only dog food I buy!

5

I have a toy breed Yorky and she's very picky with her food, this is the only dog food that she actually enjoys!! I also noticed that she is really fattening up from the nutrition in this food I could not believe the difference in her coat, skin, body and personality ! It's really made a big difference on her! She also has a skin disease and I have noticed that since eating this food it has not come back, I'm not sure if that's any connection to the dog food but it seems to be! I used to give her the pedigree , but it upset her stomach, once I started her on this food, although a bit more expensive, she never had the stomach problems. I am stuck to this brand and I do not plan to buy any other! Quality of Ingredients I love the fact that it has the chicken in it and the peas and all the natural stuff she needs. Flavor Selection My dog absolutely loves the flavor!! She gets so excited when I put it in her bowl and will usually eat the soft moist chicken pieces first. She usually finishes the whole bowel in under five minutes, she is in love with this stuff!!

Just like homemade food for your dog.

This is the closest thing to homemade dog food. If you read the ingredients you will see that it's made with fresh vegetables and meats just like you would make. This is a quick serve dog food that has everything that you dog needs to stay healthy and playful It's made by the company that really understands what your dog means to you. Quality of Ingredients Fresh vegetables and meats make this a very healthy dog food. It's as good as something that you would make for your dog but they make it so you can be surely confident that it's perfectly balanced for your dog. Flavor Selection There are plenty of flavor bites in each bag with the fresh vegetables and meats. Your dog will not get bored. It comes in both dry and wet dog food.

My dog approved!

First I had a doubt for the dog food other than the one vet recommend, BUT, my dog just loved it.  I mix with those vet-recommended dog food so my dog does not eat the same stuff over and over!  Who wants that?  I highly recommend this to everyone.

Fickle dog Shelby loved Chef Michael and then...

Shelby's nose knows, and it's cost us plenty in recent months.  A  week of this food, three days of simulated starvation, a new food, and another nose-in-the-air rejection until... we cashed in our coupons on **Chef Michael's Rotisserie Chicken Dry Dog Food by Purina**. This pricey dish is, I feel, designed to make a hungry pet *owner* ravenous.   Only she (or he) can enjoy that succulent picture on the bag -- hunks of white-meat chicken (described on the bag as "Tender pieces with chicken") and pea and carrot pieces (noted as "Vegetable garnishes in crunchy, little bites"). It all looks good on the pour-out, but what looks at first like the real thing is, more or less, illusory.  Never mind.  Shelby dug in and had good reason to enjoy the health of chicken being the first ingredient and corn products coming in at ingredients seven and eight shortly followed by wheat and a little later by dried peas and carrots. The ingredients above just comprise the short list.  **Chef Michael's** bags, like so many other pet food bags, has ingredients listed in the side fold.  This often means the shopper must heft the bag and try to read ingredients at the pet store, often while standing *next* to the shelf. Again, never mind.  Shelby ate with gusto.  Her excrement became more solid -- something this pick-up artist recognized, delightedly, within a day or so.  And then, one morning, after several weeks and a couple of 11.5 pound bags of **Chef Michael's Rotisserie Chicken**, Shelby thumbed her paw at the **Chef** and went back to bed. And that was it!   Ultimately, we returned to a nutritious but less expensive food.  We enhance it with a "gravy" of water and roughly a teaspoon of cat food.  Week after week after week, Shelby can't get enough.  When at first we don't succeed, try, try, try...
