I became familiar with this conditioner after my hairdresser used it on my hair. Absolutely love it. I believe all the Pureology products do not use Sulfates and are vegan. I was a little concerned with the no sulfates but I had no problem with lather and my hair feeling conditioned after use. Most of there products (this one included) list natural ingredients and essential oils. Because of this there is always a nice aromatic smell.It reminds me of the smells you get when you go to get a massage.The price is higher but I believe you get what you pay for. Most of there products come in trail size which is a big help if you are not to sure and the price tag is looking daunting. I don't mind paying the money for a product that works.This product does work so I splurge ,especially when my hair is feeling dry and damaged from coloring,the weather,and etc. This one is particular good for weak hair the breaks off easily,a problem I seem to be having recently. Please do try this product for yourself. I think you will be pleased with the results.

I bought this after using another product for over a year. Mainly I bought it cause I dyed my hair pink and I wanted to make my bright color stay healthy looking and shiny. I was very apprehensive because of the price. I am not used to spending that kind of money on hair care products. I am so happy with the decision to purchase the pureology line. For one, a little goes a long way. You don't have to use nearly as much to get your hair feeling clean and healthy. The bottle lasts longer than you would expect. I also really like the fact that it's a vegan product because I just feel weird thinking that I would be applying animal rendered products on my body. Effectiveness Very effective. My hair definitely feels and looks healthier. My color stays longer and my ends don't get wrecked (I blow dry and flat iron my hair). I don't have fly aways and my hair feels silky. Scent This is the only part that I have any qualms about. I don't hate the scent but I'm not wild about it either. The benefits outweigh the scent though and therefore, I will continue to use the products :D

I was introduced to Pureology after trying this product (and others) at a friend's house, and I decided to go pick some up for myself. When I went to buy the Pureology Essential Repair conditioner, I was a little surprised by the price, but I had seen positive results in just a few days so I decided to go ahead and buy it. I am happy that I did, because I have seen positive improvements in the condition of my hair. It is smoother, shinier, and seems to fall out less than it did before. I think it is overall a better looking and feeling head of hair, which is worth paying a little bit more for. It has a nice smell to it, and it doesn't leave a residue. I think it is best for people who need some repair (there are other lines by Pureology, so you can try which one is best for you and/or alternate between lines, like I do) for their hair. It is sulfate free and safe for color treated hair, which is another big plus for me.

I picked this up in a clearance bin at a local beauty store.  Wow!  After only one use my fine highlighted hair was so much fuller and shinier!  Instant love affair!  Its difficult to find a body building conditioner gentle enough for fine, aging hair and safe for highlighted/color treated hair - this is it.  Pureology is known for its high quality products and this doesn't disappoint.

I love this conditioner.  I have color treated hair that is also very dry since I began taking Accutane for my acne and this conditioner has saved my life. It is so moisturizing and makes my hair feel and look great!! I wash my hair practically every day so that I can style it, so I really need something that won't dry me out even more. Before using this product, I used the Pureology Pure Volume shampoo & conditioner so that's why I tried this for my dry, brittle hair. I combine it with the Pureology Essential Repair shampoo and it does a fabulous job. Also, this product lasts forever!! You only need to use a little bit each time you condition. Just comb it through, wait a few minutes and rinse.  If you're used to using a handful of conditioner after you wash, you can stop doing that with this brand. So even if it costs more, it is really a bargain and it is definitely worth the extra penny. This product has my highest recommendation (and that of my hairdresser too).
