Me and the rest of my family use this product frequently. We use it for a couple purposes. One for brewing coffee. The other for brewing tea. It works really great. It brews quickly. Makes a nice gurgling noise which lets me know when it's done brewing. It has been easy to use and easy to clean. The price was very reasonable to fit my budget. This particular brand sells at many different retailers. Although, it could use a automatic shut off for safety reasons. It has served in our family for many years. Very durable and makes coffee taste great. It has not failed in any way to perform. I have not even had to replace the glass pot. I plan to buy another one that is more stylish in color to match my kitchen decor. I plan to donate my old model to a family in need. I hope that they offer a new stylish brand in the right color to match my decor. I also plan to buy a second one as a gift for a family member. I am anxious to find out if they offer different colors. Also, want to get the one with the safety feature automatic shut off.
