Peg Perego has a distribution center in our city, so when they were having their yearly outlet sale, my husband jumped at the opportunity to "test drive" some strollers! I hadn't even had the chance to look at strollers or car seats before we went to the sale, so I was very nervous when purchasing this! Compared to the others that I have seen now, it is one of the BEST! My husband brags about it all the time, but he has every right to. I have watched others get their strollers out of the car and set them up, guaranteed I would win a race if that was a competition. I take our daughter everywhere and if I don't need to buy a lot, I can whip this out of the back of our SUV and pop her carseat on top and we are ready to go! You get so much with this stroller system too, more than with others. It comes with the big kid stroller, a bassinet and a cover that zips over their legs that can be used on both the big kid seat and the bassinet. The hood can also be attached to the bassinet. The material is durable and easy to wash and the carseat that attaches to this stroller (and many others in the PP line) is top of the line. I can push this stroller with one hand or with one FINGER! It drives so smooth and easy. The tires are solid rubber, no air to worry about deflating. You can store a lot underneath, especially when using the car seat and it also comes with a handy pop-up basket for small items. You can adjust the height of the seat and also the recline. Our daughter was getting tired while shopping one day and I just tilted the big kid stroller seat back and put the hood down and she fell right to sleep. You do have to buy the stroller tray/cup holder seperately and also the bassinet stand if you want to use it for the first few months in your room. The stroller folds up easily, however it does take up a lot of room. We have a Honda CR-V and it sits nicely in the back on the top of our divider, but I cannot put it under the divider because of the car seat attachments. I would not recommend this for heavy travel because it is bulky.. Peg Perego is #1 in my book and we will always be loyal to them!! Design Sleek, cool design. I get stopped at least once a week asking about the stroller.

This is the worst Stoller. It weights a ton, when you have a baby in hand and have to carry this thing, it is not practical. The frame does not fit in my trunck, you need an SVU for this stroller. It is a beautiful stroller and I got complements all of the time specially with the canopy when my son was a new bord. Also very wide, i could not shop at department stores without knocking down everything. On the positive, the shocks are great, and drives smooth.

We got our Skate Peg Perego system and I was excited! I read a lot of reviews on it, I got feedback from a few friends that have used it with both of their girls and loved it. So, I was just as excited but as soon as our son was born and I started to use it I was brought down to reality of just how useful and handy it was. I have to tell you Skate System by Peg Perego is a good quality system! But not as useful as I thought. First of all it is bulky, and it takes a lot of space in our trunk, there really is not much space left after the stroller is in the trunk. It is easy to fold and unfold though! Second negative is that when our son was little we used the bassinet a lot, he loved to sleep in it. But as soon as he started to grow and grow fast the bassinet was wobbling when I put him in it. It would actually tilt down ward because of the weight being unevenly distributed. He would then slide down little by little as I would go for a walk with it. There was no way I could adjust so that it would stop tilting. I did not like that. I want my child to feel safe in an expensive quality stroller. Third negative I now have to lift the stroller very carefully into the trunk because as I was doing it in a hurry once i sliced my finger on some sharp metal rim at the bottom of the stroller. I never thought that I would be able to cut my self so deep on a children's stroller ! Fourth item that I do not like in this stroller is when I adjust the bassinet into a sitting position and I buckle my son into the seat the back strap attaches to the material! Not the stroller, so if he wants to lean over the rim he can easily do that because he is not strapped into the seat securely. So when ever we go somewhere I have to watch him with all my two eyes in order for him not to fall out. Well there are things that I like about this stroller one is that we live on acreage of land and we have pasture grass, the way it rides over all the bumps and grass is wonderful! It has really good wheels, they are like a bicycle's wheels, really easy to push. Second thing that I like about it is that when the car seat got dirty from all the spit up s and the other baby foods, I just took a damp cloth and wiped it clean and it looked like new again! But this is said just for the car seat, the inside of the stroller is a different type of material and that material is not that easy to bring to looking like new. Once the inside of the stroller is scratched you can't fix it, it looks worn. Well to finish up my review I would not recommend this stroller system for the full price that it runs for. It did not stand up to it's value according to what we had to go through in our experience. Hopefully someone else will have better luck with it. Thank you.

great european stroller for the price. It is comparable to quinny and the bugaboo and anyother kind of stroller. very modern looking. you can recline the seats easily with just one hand. another con about this item would be that it is only useful for children / or infants who are very small in height. my son is 27 inches 7months and his head already reaches the edge of the seat. I love the stroller but i wish they would have made this more acessable for children a bit longer or older. another con would be that its very haevy and bulky. its only a nice stroller to stroll around where you live . its okay putting it into a car. but you need to make sure you have absolutely nothing in your trunk because it will take up a lot of space. the stroller is great in general. it strolles smoothly anywhere, and you can even stroll around with just one hand. it has a tiny flat basket space, to put your items ther and snap them down.

I did lots of research before buying a stroller for my second baby. I really wanted a pram stroller, a stroller with a bassinet. After lots of research, I went with the Peg Perego Skate. I loved the look of it, and since I already had a Peg Perego carseat, I decided to go with the skate so I can use the two together and it would save me some money (since the stroller came with the car seat adapters), so I wouldn't need to buy a carseat for like the quinny or an adapter for the bugaboo, and I found a good price for the skate too. One feature that I love about it is that it's a bassinet/ stroller seat in one. If my baby falls asleep in the seat, I can easily change it into the bassinet position without waking her up, and she can sleep comfortably. I also like that you can fold it with or without the seat/bassinet attached, and it's compact enough to fit in a regular car (without taking the wheels off)... and it's so easy to manuever with one hand. Also I love it that you can move the seat up and down (3 different heights) and the handle... I like it at the shortest position, since I'm kinda short. Some are afraid to buy it because it's a little heavier than other strollers, but I usually put the frame and seat at a time, next to each other in the trunk of my car, it fits nicely and it's easy to lift... A nice, sturdy stroller!

We bought the Peg Perego Skate and we love it!! the inside of the stroller is really plush and comfortable - u hubby wanted to use it! it converts from a bassinet to a regular stroller easily. you don't have to change the seat to make it happen so no extra pieces to store around the house. comes with a cup holder and a rain shield. the top comes all the way over the baby's head so rain protection is at its fullest! it moves really easily and has a one push brake system. the fron wheels turn 360 degrees or u can put the lock on and they stay forward! it also comes with the car seat adaptor so you can put the car seat in it. it has great storage space under the seat.
