One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets Review Summary

Women like One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets because they are specially made for women's needs without having megadoses of any one vitamin or mineral. Our health conscious reviewers say that these vitamins are balanced and effective, filling in the gaps that their diets often leave behind. Wishful thinker says, "I feel healthier, happier, and more alert than I have been previously. " While the vast majority of users found these vitamins to free of side effects, a small percentage reported some stomach upset after taking these, like runner123456 who said, "The Women's One-A-Day Vitamins make me nauseous or vomit every time I took them." Every vitamin works differently for every person so it's best to try a small bottle of any vitamin before committing to it. Overall, most women who reviewed One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets found them to be "just what the doctor ordered" however. Looking for other vitamin reviews? We have plenty for you to read!

I don't eat as much or as well as I should but many vitamin preparations make me jittery or upset my stomach.

I don't believe in mega vitamins and feel too much of a good thing ... isn't a good thing.

One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamins Tablets solved my vitamin quandary. These rather large, oblong vitamins...

The women's One-A-Day vitamins made me nauseous or vomit every time I took them.  I tried taking them for a week, stopped because I was concerned they were making me sick, and tried a second time just to make sure it was the vitamin that was making me sick.  The nausea/vomiting returned, so it seems to be correlated with taking the vitamin.  I've tried several other brands of multivitamins and not had this effect, so I am just going to throw the remainder of this bottle away.

In the first few days of taking this multivitamin, I noticed a difference in my energy level. My iron level has always been low and still remains low after taking this pill. However, everyone is different. I feel healthier, happier, and more alert than I have been previously. Even if you don't notice an effect right away, you shouldn't stop taking it. The long term benefits should be taken into extreme consideration. After all, you will regret it if, sometime down the road, you will get a condition that this pill could have prevented. I was shocked when I saw the size of the pill, but got used... review »

I used to work out daily, but when I tore my ACL in my left knee, my routine was halted for 6 months.  I'm young, but during those first 2 months of total downtime, I noticed my metabolism slowed dramatically, I gained some weight, and I just felt cruddy.  I knew I wasn't getting the nutrition I needed.
I;ve been taking One A Day Women's for 2 years since my accident, and it really helps me feel great.  It promotes bone and breast health, which I love since I'm young and I have a family history of breast problems, it's helping me nip it in the bud before problems arise.  It's one capsul per...

This vitamin is everything a women needs. During her menstruation years, she needs extra iron to replace the blood that she loses.  This vitamin provides extra iron.  It gives her more energy throughout the day, without feeling too fatigue.

As she grows older, her body has different needs.  Her bones get weaker, especially after menopause.  One-A-Day Women's formula provides her with enough calcium to maintain good bone health.

I've taken One-A-Day vitamins my entire life, adjusting to the different changes (prental, women's, women's 50 plus).  This brand is well known and respected.

I first used the Women's One-A-Day's when I had a coupon for them...of course......but I continued with them when I found my blood work was coming back SO much better when they check my 60 day work up for my Diabetes. I no longer was low in any of the things that I had been before & I actually felt better too. NOW I have to add, I also started using a few supplements like an extra C,an extra B & as Dr. Oz recommends a D & E. I just use a generic type for those, but the Women's One-A-Day formula started it all. It does help.I have more energy & just feel an all around sense of well being.

I used to take folic acid, zinc, iron, calcium, etc. because I couldn't find a multivitamin I liked. Then I found One-a-Day, and it has everything plus extra nutrients for bone and breast health. It also has all the same ingredients as prenatal vitamins (or most of the prenatals I am familiar with), so I know that I'm covered if we get pregnant sooner than planned.

Some of the drawbacks are that the pill is a little difficult to swallow for some people and sometimes One-a-Day can be pricier than store labels.

The best part about this mulitvitamin is that I didn't have to take Midol during my period...

There are so many different kinds of vitamins out there and between price and "are you getting everything you need" I went through a few brands.  When I began taking One A Day Womens, I could tell there was a difference in the potency.  I did feel more energetic and tried hard to make sure I used them in a balanced diet.  It was about two weeks after taking them, I started to notice that I was very edgey, quickly irritated, and having mood swings--very similar to PMS, but I was not even close to that point.  I then forgot [as we all do] to take my vitamins and the edginess went away.  But then,...

I purchased a bottle of One-A-Day Womens Vitamins because my Doctor advised I'd need all the extra calcium I can get up till thirty years old.  I believe he compared my body to a bank account, I need to deposite all I can now because my body will start making bigger withdrawels once I turn thirty.  So I bought the bottle, but I must admit I do not take them on a regular basis.  I have a hard time swallowing pills, and these are no ordinary pills.  These are very large pills -which I've now learned to swallow, but my reflexes still want me to spit this back out.  Over all these are very tasteless...

I really like the One a Day Women's formula vitamin mainly because it has added calcium and you don't have to buy a separate bottle of vitamins just to get your calcium intake.

I feel this is a good everyday brand and its reasonably priced. I always feel more energized after taking this. I normally take it every morning with my breakfast and some orange juice. Its a great way to start the day off healthy and get your vitamins in first thing in the morning. Two thumbs up!!!

I often found myself becoming extremely drousy during my commute to work.  I was worried that one of these times I was going to fall right asleep driving and injure myself or, worse, someone else.  Then I began taking One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets, and the difference has been unbelievable.  It's simple: I take one tablet in the morning with breakfast, and I have a boost of energy that gets me safely to work and lasts throughout the day.

I have been regularly taking One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets since my college days (about 6 years).  After finding myself always tired and run down, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed as borderline anemic and an allergy sufferer.  My doctor recommended starting a daily multivitamin and after some research I tried One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets.  Within the first week my energy felt boosted and since then, though I have tried many different allergy medications to find the right one, if I stop taking my vitamins for any real duration I start to get that run down feeling...
