One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets Review

I get really sick for an hour every time I take this pill in the morning. My guess is that it's either too acidic, or similarily can't be taken on an empty stomach. (Took mine with a cup of coffee-bad idea)
I guess try to take it in the evening after dinner, worked for me. It seems most here take it in the morning. Or perhapse eating it with a base, like yogurt, bread, or cheese.

I can tolerate this vitamin only by taking it with a full cup of yogurt. But if I don't eat a small apple around mid-morning, I'm nauseated by lunchtime. The yogurt/apple combination is the only thing that works. If it weren't for the fact that I did feel a difference when taking the vitamins, I'd have just given up on them, though. Definitely NOT to be taken on an empty stomach.

I just threw away the entire bottle. The vitamins made me vomit every time I took them. I tried them for a week and thought I was sick from something else. I stopped, the vomiting stopped. I started again and the vomiting began again. I never had problems with vitamin before.

I have the same results every time I take this vitamin. About an hour after I take it I feel very nauseaus & light headed or I vomit.

That is good to hear, i was wondering if i was the only one who threw up everytime i took it. i just started taking this pill this week, and that was happening every morning, and i got scared that i was pregnant, lol, but my husband told me to read about the side effects of this pill. so thank you for writing your review it helped me out a lot!!!!!
