I loved this moisturizer so much, why did they stop making it? I have horrible eczema on my hands and arms and it itches so horribly bad I could cry at times. This moisturizer was the first one I have ever used that did not burn my cracked skin but that also soothed the itch. I could actually bend my fingers without pain, this stuff actually helped soften my thickened skin. I was so upset when I could not find it in store anymore and then I could no longer find it online. I hope Neutrogena starts making this again, it really is one of the best moisturizers for dry itchy skin. Effectiveness Not only does this product soothe itchy skin, but it softens rough dry skin as well. It did wonders for my eczema and I wish I could still find it. Ease of Application Applies to skin very easily. Rubs completely in and does not leave a greasy feeling on the skin. Scent It does not have too much of a scent to it. A light lotion scent but nothing more than that.

Neutrogena's Soothing Relief Anti-Itch Moisturizer is another product in their Norwegian Formula line.  This body lotion combines their traditional lotion with three anti-itch ingredients (Dimethicone, Camphor, and Lidocaine Hydrochloride) to sooth itchy dry skin.  As a sufferer of severe skin allergies, this lotion not only provides the much needed moisture for my damaged skin, but helps relief the burning and itching irritiation caused by the allergens. The moisturizer sooths on contact, and is absorbed quickly into the skin.  I find it perfect for constant daily use because of it's quick absorbtion and it's grease-free feel.  Even the scent is pleasant - many anti-itch products have a very distinct medicinal smell, but Neutrogena's Soothing Relief Anti-Itch Moisturizer has only a very faint mint-like scent. The relief offered by this product is comporable to other anti-itch moisturizers that use oatmeal as their main ingredient - so if you're not receiving full relief from your current product, I would recommend this as a replacement or in addition to your current lotion.
