I absolutely love Soure of Life Vitamins. I was always fatigued and my nails and hair didn't grow. In fact, my hair was faliing out and fast. The Nature's Plus Source of Life vitamin product gave me immediate energy.  The pills are big but they are excellent vitamins.  I will not use any other vitamin in the future.  I had a friend that recomended the product to me and I felt more energy after the first dose.  The product is a little expensive but I feel the product is worth the extra expense.
