I've been trying to shed a few pounds while not sacrificing taste so I've been trying some meatless products to help me in this quest. I heard good things about MorningStar Farms Grillers so I had one today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They do not taste like beef, more like the hamburgers they used to serve when I was in school. I have no idea what was in those, but these taste similar and I kind of like them. I'll be having another for lunch tomorrow. I think it helped that I added mustard, ketchup, lettuce, onion, and tomato. I don't think they'd be as palatable without the extra condiments. Really glad I gave these a try. For less than 400 calories (added bun and some oven fries)I had a satisfying lunch that tasted good. I cooked mine in the toaster oven at about 400 for about 15 minutes and it was hot. I think they'd be better on the grill but would just take a minute or two to cook as they are quite thin.
