I like the silky feel of the application process. I like the faint pink color and the possibility it promises of a "youthful glow". I appreciate the smoothness in the resulting "canvas" that **Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer** prepares for foundation and make-up (of which I use barely any). I find **Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer** satisfying by itself and less so over moisturizer (as the manufacture directs). But, ultimately, I see no difference in my skin in the course of any of these processes. Apart from feeling good, **Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer** does zip for my lines, wrinkles and pores and maybe -- only maybe -- diminishes imperfections. Lovely tactile sensations apart, **Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer** won't be on cosmetic shopping lists in my future. And still... I wish that it were otherwise. (Sigh...)

I purchased Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind Primer at the store, and was immediately glad that it is clear.  It says it has a pink tint, but I do not see it. This is a good product.  It goes on smooth, and a little goes a long way.  I have large pores, and am therefore acne prone, but this product is not causing any problems for me.  Once this is smoothed into the skin, be careful when applying foundation.  Becuase this primer makes it glide on smoothly, I found that I only need to use very little foundation. The cons to this primer are that it does not hide fine lines like it claims, and it does not hide pores.  That is why I cannot say this is a great product.  However, it does make your skin look very healthy once all make up is applied. Although I was fairly happy with this product, I will not purchase it again, because it does not minimize lines or pores on your skin like it claims to.

I purchased this primer to wear underneath my mineral make-up.  Primer goes on first so fill in "the cracks" and give your make-up a smooth surface to be applied on.  I previously tried out the primer by Bare Minerals.  I really liked it but wanted something more affordable.  This product was a larger tube (.85 fl. oz) and it cost about half the price so I decided to to try it.  I have to say I am happy with my purchase.  It keeps my mineral make-up in place just as long as the Bare Minerals primer did.  It is very silky as well, though not quite as silky as the Bare Minerals.  Another thing I love about this product is it is available at so many stores. It is very convenient to be able to run to the nearest drug store and pick up a new tube.   Also, Maybelline offers coupons on thieir products, which makes this primer a really great value for a bargain shopper like me.  Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer is defintiely a product I will tell my friends to use.
