Kraft Food & Family Review Summary

If you're looking for some "fun, quick, dinner ideas," Kraft Food & Family Magazine makes a great resource. What reviewers couldn't get over was that this magazine, filled with "good family recipes with lots of step-by-step photo directions, was free! Of course, Kraft does get something out of it, as the entire Food & Family Magazine emphasizes their products, such as Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing and Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme. A few of the Viewpoints reviewers felt the Kraft coupons and limited ads were a bit much. Readers on a healthy diet found they just had to make a few adjustments to the Food & Family Magazine recipes to make them fit their needs. Along with getting the quarterly cooking magazine in the mail, Kraft will also send you their recipes to your email!

When I saw the offer for Kraft's FREE Food & Family magazine, I was really expecting a recipe magazinette and mostly sales ad materials. Boy, I was wrong. — Kraft Food & Family is a really nice magazine that comes in the mail quarterly. It is packed full of good family recipes with lots of… read full review »

I am usually really excited to receive this magazine ... until I actually have time to read it. The recipies may be quick and easy, but they're not very nutritious. They seldom give calorie and nutritional information - the only recipies that have them are the ones that they've marked as healthy. … read full review »

I am always looking for new recipes to try and great food products, so this magazine is outstanding for both of those.  What makes it even more amazing, is that it is free!  Just logon to Kraftfoods.com and sign up and you will have it delivered to your mailbox at no charge.  The entire magazine is filled with great recipes featuring Kraft products and you can find the easy breakdown of ingredients, what you need to shop for and even reviews of others that have tried it.  What I love is that they feature so many recipes of all types that I can plan a whole week of… read full review »

Kraft Food & Family Magazine — Kraft Food & Family Magazine is a subscription that I started receiving in the mail and I'm not sure why or how.    It's a magazine I get quarterly filled with Kraft recipes and cooking ideas. — All recipes are made with Kraft products that you can buy at your local grocery stores.  There aren't recipes that need a million different ingredients that you will never use again, which we find so often in cookbooks. — It's no secret that I DESPISE cooking.  I'm lucky to have a husband who cooks for our family or we would… read full review »

This is one magazine I'm always happy to see in my mailbox!  The pictures are tempting and the recipes are quick and easy to prepare, with most of the ingredients things we all have on hand....I highly recommend it for everyone who is rushed and busy all the time.  — Once you decide which recipes you like and want to keep, you can go to their web site and download the recipes, saving yourself the trouble of writing or typing it.  Believe me, it's the only way to go. — With the holidays so nearly here, we're all on the lookout for new things to serve… read full review »

The best thing about the Kraft Food & Family magazine (besides the fact that it is FREE) is that it is sent directly to my house each season and I get weekly emails with recipes and meal ideas.  My biggest problem is meal planning and my biggest concern is feeding my family healthy meals.  I usually pick at least one or two meals from the Kraft selection every week.  I would recommend signing up for this to… read full review »

I always wondered why this magazine was free because it always has some really good recipes.  Although I do not always have the time to make the recipes, I find that they are really interesting and easy to make.  This is a good cookbook for anyone who wants to make something… read full review »

I have the hardest time comming up with what to make for dinner every night. t literally takes me at least two hours to come up with something every night. Every time I get a new issue, I pour over it and I try almost all the recipes. They are easy to follow and make, taste good to everyone in the family, and I don't stress as much over dinner. (Which makes me a much more pleasant person to be around!) I have found some of the recipes to be bland, but just add your favorite spices, and it makes it… read full review »

"Kraft Food and Family" is a quality magazine that I have been receiving free for a couple of years now. I always look forward to its arrival in the mail! It is filled with a variety of easy recipes, mostly those that take only minutes to prepare. The photos of the prepared dishes are excellent and really do a great job of making each dish look very delicious and appetizing! I am so impressed with this magazine that I have commented to my husband and a few friends about how awesome it is that I receive such a wonderful magazine FREE! I hope Kraft knows how much I value this gift! "Thank you,… read full review »

Sometimes all it feels like is chicken, chicken, chicken.  Those pale, boneless, skinless lumps cry out for special treatment.  They feed you and your family at a low cost, high health factor that even your Mother-in-law could appreciate.  But what do I do with them???  Kraft Food & Family to the rescue.  This is more than a 25 page ad for Kraft products (which is what I initially felt I was reading)- there is more.  Sure, they show you how to 'kraft' meals, snacks and stuff from their own products, but they also include heart healthy ideas, stories, even… read full review »

I always look forward to receiving the newest Kraft Food & Family magazine. I sit down and browse through it right away, dog-earing the pages of recipes that look appealing to me. Then later, when I plan our weekly menu, I get it out again and pick out one or two of the recipes to try that week. It's fun to cook something different, and the recipes are quick and easy, with common ingredients. The latest one I tried was the "Bruschetta 'n Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast" and it was sooo good! Mine turned out just like the picture, and the chicken was so moist. It would be very good to make for… read full review »

You can't get many things for free these days, especially glossy, well put together magazines.  This magazine is both of those.  Sure the recipes call for Kraft products, but you can always substitute your generic brand product or other brand if you wish.  I do wish they would have coupons in the magazine every time, they only put them in about every third issue.  I have tried several of the recipes and each one has been a success.  I look forward to receiving this magazine and wish it came out each month.  When I don't clip recipes, I usually copy them onto… read full review »

I have been getting the Kraft Food & Family for some time now and enjoy it very much..So many of the meals are very simple and quick to prepare..and so good too..Plus it doesn't cost a fortune to make them.  I would recommend this to everyone.  Many of the items you may need are already in your cabinets...and if you do need anything..most of the times are not alot of money and are things you will probably need another time..I love to try new recipes..but sometimes I have to go shopping and spend money on things that I only need a little of and that I may not use again for… read full review »
