Smooth Start Conditioner - no frizz, no dryness, no problem!

By

from Mesa, AZ

Comments about Kao John Frieda Frizz Ease Hydrating Conditioner:

John Frieda's Frizz Ease Smooth Start Hydrating Conditioner is one of the best product changes I've made this year. My hair has always been on the dry side, even before color-treating. However, if cared for properly, my hair is generally pretty soft and shiny. I started using this product on vacation when I ran out of my old product and couldn't find it, so I tried JF's. Happy accident, indeed!

The scent is nice - light, not too cloying, not too floral or fruity. Soft and feminine. The consistency is excellent - not too thick, not watery, doesn't take a ton of product to fully cover my hair. It rinses clean, and leaves my hair soft, silky, frizz-free and manageable. No small feat considering I color-treat my hair, and blow-dry and flat iron daily, plus in the summer, I'm in the pool more days than I'm not. It doesn't over-moisturize either; JF really seems to have hit on the perfect balance of conditioning without making my hair a greasy mess. I like this product better than anything I've used - including higher-end salon brands.

This is not what I expected from John Frieda

By

from Ocklawaha, FL

Comments about Kao John Frieda Frizz Ease Hydrating Conditioner:

I had high expectations when I bought this John Frieda frizz ease conditioner, since I have not had bad experiences with John Frieda on the past. But I would not recommend this conditioner. I bought it for my long spiral permed hair. To tame the frizz that comes when it gets rainy outside with all the  high humidity. It does not do anything to my hair that my regular conditioner does not already do. It definately was not worth the extra money I had to pay to get this. I recommend you buy the John Frieda spray frizz  ease, the leave in conditioner. I have had  more of a good  result from the spray  than I do this conditioner. Don't waste your money. Maybe if it was used with the John Frieda shampoos you might get a different result but I am not taking the chance.I am  going to stick to my leave in conditioning spray and regular non expensive everyday shampoo and conditioners. You don't get enough for the price either.
