I know what I'll be eating for lunch - Healthy Choice Steamers.

Lunch is a problem now that my doctor said that I have to eat better. There's the snack machine, the cafeteria with fried chicken and mashed potatoes or fast food restaurants right around the block.

This meal was not very good! After having previously attempted to eat their Grilled WHiskey Steak, I didn't trust the sauce...since they sounded the same. I am constantly on the go working full-time and going to college full-time, this is a quick and easy way to go a good nutritious meal. The Beef Merlot had a wonderful flavor and tasted like something you could order at a restaurant. It is very easy to prepare, you just pop it into the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes to 5 minutes, depending on your microwave. When it is done you let it sit for two minutes, then empty the steamer bowl into the bottom; which, has the sauce and mix it together. You then have the perfect low calorie meal. I have tried all of the Cafe Steamers. This one is one of my favorites. The flavor is wonderful, the meat is tender, and of course it is very fast.

Not only do I think this is the coolest idea in microwave meals, but I also think it's the tastiest Healthy Choice product they have so far. Yes, they do have other products that are very good, but this Healthy Choice Cafe' Steamers BEEF MERLOT is excellent! I've also tried a few of the other flavors they offer, but this one is my favorite.

With tender pieces of beef, mixed with a perfect combination of baby carrots, garden fresh green beans and chunks of potatoes that are blended in a delicious merlot wine sauce (gravy) - it definitely left my taste buds wanting more! Mm, Mmm,...
