Limited service provider, but worth the price you pay.

I was working in Dallas, TX for several months a few years back, and they were a provider in the local area. I really was pleased with the services offered. The packages are similar to Dish, Comcast, and other big name providers, for far lower prices. I purchased the basic package for TV (which included 150 channels), and bundled with internet service. Not only was my monthly bill under $100 (about $85 monthly), it was also reliable. No signal loss like with satellite, no outages, and no limited viewing or blackouts. The problem with this (and other small companies), is that major service providers have a monopoly on cable and internet. But, if you live in a region where they offer services, they are excellent, service team is helpful, prices can't be beat, and you don't have to worry about the many issues you deal with when you purchase through the larger cable and satellite service providers. Content Variety/Availability Far more channels at a lower price than what you pay with the larger service providers. Excellent reception and no issues with losing a signal or not having TV and internet service for hours at a time.

A cable provider with humility

While living in Texas I had Grande Cable TV. The service was top-shelf and my bill reflected it. I had the Get it All 150 package and because of my need for On Demand access I had to sign up for their internet service as well. I was receiving picture perfect television at all times and only had one issue with Grande during my time. One of my receivers died after a couple months of use, but they immediately replaced it for free in 1 business day. Every couple of months Grande would call me and thank me for choosing their service. Without asking periodically throughout the year if they were in the area they would check my cable signal strength to make sure I was receiving the proper levels. Because of the quality of service it comes with a price. I was paying close to $200 a month for cable, which is on the high-end, but I couldn't argue against it considering what they were bringing to the table. The main reason I stayed with them is because when my financial situation changed and cancelling my service became my only option Grande cut my bill in half for 6 months. This type of goodwill is hard to find from people let alone a cable company.

great service

I had Grande cable TV service for a year and a half for my business and I haven't had any issues or complaints so far. They made sure I had the best deal and promotion their services had to offer without any shady deals. Before switching to here I was a customer at Time Warners Cable, but I became dissatisfied with the overcharges on my bundle and certain hidden fees that was never mentioned nor talk about it. As for Grande cable TV, my bill was always the same, never high than what they had talked to me about. Grande representatives were prompt, courteous, punctual, and understanding about what their customers need and want from them. The time wait to get help from their technical services was minimal, there no was no long music playing. It was very hassle-free. Overall, their bundles are prices at a low inexpensive margin compared to other places. like Comcast, Time Warners Cable, and U-VERSE. The only downside is since it's a fairly new company, the areas their services are covered in are pretty limited. Hopefully they'll expand that soon.

awesome provider

I had grande for a few years and loved them. They have great package deals and awesome prices. I was able to get cable and phone and Internet for about $100 a month. The down side to this company is that larger cable providers still own a large area of services making it harder for the little guys. Grande is very limited to service locations. They don't offer services in all areas like a lot of the bigger companies making it hard to keep due to availability. Reliability All three services, cable, phone and Internet all worked well and never had any major issues with any of them not working correctly. Content Variety/Availability They are very limited to service areas. In a big city they will only offer in one side of town versus the entire city. They also do not service small towns. Since having grande I moved to a smaller town and they only service the larger city around. If it was not for the availability, I would have loved to stay with them.

Great Company

**I have Grande Cable, I got it mostly cause they have a contract with my Apt complex to service the whole area. I had Time Warner before and never liked it cause they would raise their rates every year. Grande hasn't really raised their rates much and they give great service for their Cable and Internet, they also give you the NFL Network for free as a regular channel. Whenever I have a problem with anything to do with my service, I get to talk to a live Tech in a matter of moments whenever I call on nights and expecially great service on weekend.**
