My baby absolutely loves yogurt so I thought that the Gerber Yogurt Blends would be a product that he would enjoy. I typically purchase YoBaby whole milk organic yogurt and mix it with natural applesauce or another fruit puree. My son loves the combination of yogurt and pureed bananas so I thought the Gerber Yogurt Blends - Banana Vanilla would be a good choice for him for breakfast. I purchased this product on sale. My son spit out this product. I think part of the problem was that this product was not as smooth as the YoBaby organic yogurt. I tried this product myself and could see why he did not like it. The texture is somewhat lumpy and the banana flavoring leaves a funny aftertaste in your mouth. I will stick with the YoBaby yogurt mixed with Gerber fruit puree. My baby definitely prefers this over the Gerber yogurt products! I would not recommend this specific Gerber product but I have had great luck with other Gerber brand foods. Quality of Ingredients The quality of the ingredients is there but it is just a bad flavor combination.

I came across these inside the super market. I bought a couple of packs to have for my son to have for a snack during the day. The first time he ever had one he loved it! Banana is his favorite flavor. They are very convenient, especially for on the go! There is whole milk in them, so I wouldn't recommend giving it to a young baby every day because they may have sensitive bellies. My son is 8 months and eats one every day without an issue. Highly recommended!

Both of my sons loved these however, I thought they looked disgusting. They can be found in the baby aisle section at most of your large retailers. They are not refrigerated to help preserve the shelf life. Although part of me likes that they are not refrigerated that way you are able to take them with you on the go without the worry of them spoiling. I am not sure how much is really "yogurt" product this is. This is a good item to try before introducing real yogurt, and a good alternative to other foods that you may give your child. A healthy snack option for any toddler. Both of my kids liked it and would eat the entire container at a time. Quality of Ingredients Not sure that I would consider this to be actually yogurt, but is a healthy alternative. Probably has more additives than I would like to help preserve the shelf life. I am more an organic natural parent when it comes to foods but this is a good option for on the go. Safety Seems like it is ok with having the shelf life it does and not having to be refrigerated until after opening.

I love this product by gerber as you feed your baby something that's well made and smooth with fruit and grains. My son has this every morning for breakfast and this give them 1g of fiber per can. They have a lot of options and I usually get the blueberry one which has some grains and also I get the ones with mixed fruits like the mixed berries and strawberry and banana. This is pretty smooth as especially is you are out you can feed this and the baby's tummy will be filled. This is his favorite food and he likes it well. They ingredients are not totally natural but yes its a good and safe option. It written on the cover that it has Omega 3 which is good even for adults. This also helps the child to get some nutrients and vitamins. The reason why i stick to the one with fiber is that way it becomes healthier for the baby but there are only two options for it. One blueberry and the other is one with cinnamon.

My daughter, now 7.5 months old, loves these new yogurt blends by Gerber. In addition to Banana, there's strawberry, pear, and peach flavors. This is a great new texture to add to your stage 2 baby foods. It's also a great source of calcium. It's nice to give my baby something that actually smells good! Some of those baby food just amaze me how bad they smell. My daughter is a good eater, but she really enjoys these yogurts. Comes in a pack of 4 and they don't need to be refridgerated until after opening. Personally we haven't had to put them in the fridge because she always eats them all! If you feel like you're stuck in the same ole veggie, fruit, meat cycle, try adding some yogurt into the mix!

When I saw Gerber Graduates Yogurt Blends on the shelf, I had ambivalent feelings.  Part of me wondering how the heck yogurt, a dairy item, could be shelf-stable and not in the refrigerated case, while part of me loved the idea that it didn't *have *to be refrigerated.  I ended up buying a package because it had a rebate attached to it that that would make it free. **Gerber Graduates Yogurt Blends - Banana Vanilla **are sold in the baby food aisle where the other Gerber Graduates items are.  They had several flavors to choose from, but Banana Vanilla sounded the best.  The package says that it is flavored with natural flavors, so that's a plus. Before I gave one of these to my son, I wanted to try it to see how it tasted.  It was disgusting.  It tasted sour like Greek yogurt, but worse, and the flavors of banana and vanilla were totally masked by the sourness.  If it were my yogurt, I would have thrown it away, but I gave it to my son to see how he would like it before I had to waste it.  He ate it just like it was a regular yogurt!  My 2 1/2 year old son didn't say anything at all.  I was surprised.  Ingredients: low fat banana vanilla yogurt, canola oil, magnesium phosphate, vitamin E. Even though my son ate this yogurt and seemed to enjoy it, it tasted disgusting to me.  Also, I still don't like the idea of it being shelf-stable.  I'm going back to buying the regular, refrigerated yogurt for my son.
