I have tried all levels of cleansers from Clinique, Estee Lauder, Philosophy, Bath & Body Works, Oil of Olay, Cetaphile, and the list goes on. However, I have found that this cleanser is by far the best for those with sensitive skin, and/or allergies, and/or dry skin. My second favorite is Oil of Olay's fragrance-free foaming face wash, however it's a very distant second choice now. This Eucerin cleanser didn't leave my skin feeling dried out and I noticed this big difference after the very first use. I have been using it for over 2 weeks now and my skin is softer and better tone than it has been in years. It's a very gentle product, but very effective. I use it in combination with other Eucerin product line for sensitive skin. The quality is amazing and you can't go wrong with it. I use this as my preferred facial cleanser (although you can use on your whole body if you wish). I use the Eucerin original moisturizing creme for daily lotion/creme skincare needs and the Eucerin Q10 Anti-wrinkle sensitive skin creme every night as well as sometimes during the day. My skin remains wrinkle free, hydrated, and very soft and supple.

Within the past 6 months I encounted a severe outbreak of acne, so I went to my dermatologist. I told her the type of face wash I was using before, and she told me that it was probably too harsh for my sensitive skin. She recommended Eucerin Gentle Hydrating Cleanser, and told me to use it in the morning, and a benzoyl peroxide wash at night. I have been using it and it's really great. It works well to wash away the dirt and oil from my face, without making it red and dry like harsher washes. It makes my face feel soft and fresh, and is especially nice right when I wake up. It has a light smell and a nice smooth consistancy, and is very high quality and hard working. It also removes my foundation, I haven't tried to remove any other type of makeup yet. I recommend this to anyone who has acne and wants something gentle to cleanse their face with. Especially if you have sensitive, red skin like I do.
