I got this mainly for relaxation when I feel stressed and have trouble sleeping, but I also use it simply because I like the vapors. It really does make me feel more relaxed and I fall asleep after the bath easily. That makes this product worth it for me because getting enough sleep before work is essential. Effectiveness It releases the vapors into the air from the bath and produces a very relaxing therapy to help us relax. The strength of the aroma is just right, not overpowering, and the product does a good job with just a little capful. Scent Just the right strength . It overall smells very pleasant and it´s something I would enjoy even when not sick or stressed, but just because I like it.
