SKIN SO SOFT IS OKAY, BUT I DON'T REALLY LIKE THE FRAGRANCE, IT'S KIND OF LIKE A BABY POWDER. GREAT FOR OTHERS, I'M SURE, BUT NOT ME. BABY OIL IS CHEAPER AND WORKS EVEN BETTER WHEN USED IN THE SHOWER TO RETAIN MOISTURE. NEUTROGENA RAIN BATH WITH SESAME SEED OIL IS THE BEST BY FAR.  IT ALSO COMES IN... review »

My Avon Lady told me about this great product! I use the spray when I take a bath or shower, BOY!! My skin gets so soft, not greasy either. The smell is fresh and It also keeps the Misquetoes away amd all other bugs too!

I spray my windows screens and it keeps Naughty bugs OUT! My Avon Lady offers FREE SHIPPING ALL THE TIME SO I BUY THIS ALL THE TIME!! Tell my avon lady you want to keep BUGS out too. Tell her Santa sent ya! LOL go to youravon/cjodway

Seriously, how could you say anything bad about this? It's been around forever, and for good reason. How many of us have seen the 100 uses for Skin So Soft? How many of us have had it used for taking off bandaids, repelling bugs, curing cancer, what *can't* this stuff do. :)

 Seriously though, this is one of those staple Avon products that everyone should have at least one bottle around, even if you don't use it everyday, there will come a day you will regret not having it!!!

What can I say? I love skin so soft.                                                                                        My mom used it when I was growing up. She used it for her skin and for insect repellenton on me. So at first thought , I wanted something a little newer,. But I realised nothing can compare to the results of Skin So Soft..

I ordered the Skin So Soft bath oil at my husband's request.  He had heard on the radio that it was good for your pet as well as human's.  I searched for an Avon representative, instead found an ad and signed up to become an Avon representative.  I now get my Skin So Soft free and we use it regularly for many uses.  For our dog, we dilute it 50/50 with water and just mist his coat.  It keeps his skin from drying out and his coat nice and soft.  Also, it smells good.  The best advantage is that we live in the country so it keeps insects and bugs off of him.  I highly recommend this product.... review »

I love Avon SSS Original Body Oil for killing ants.  All I do is mix it with some water and put it in a spray bottle and then spray where the ants are and they die and stay away for a while. I don't know why it works for killing ants but it does.  I don't like the smell because it is too strong for me.  I haven't had much luck with it for repelling other bugs, we only have ant problems so that's all I care about.  And I like it also because I am able to spray it in the house and I don't have to worry about it harming my kids.

There are so many different things that you can use this product for.  I've never really used the SSS Bath Oil as a bath oil, actually, but I have about 4 bottles of it in my house at all times.  I love using it to get rid of bandage gunk, stains in the bathtub, and it works great as an insect repellent.  It's great for getting stickers off of walls, spray it on pets to make their hair shiny, remove gum from hair, and taking paint off of skin.  I wouldn't have a house with out it, and I keep some in my car and at work as well!

I came across an article that stated 101 different ways to use this product. Besides the obivous, this is a great spray to keep away the bugs, takes out the smell of urine, great way to polish wood furniture, spray on your headlights and the bugs come right off. The list goes on and on, and yes, it feels great on your skin too!

 i love avon product,skin so soft is a great product when ever we go camping i always have it with me.we all use it it keep the bug away and thats great because i hate bug i also use a lot of other products as well i use to sell avon, i will be getting back into it now im not working

Perfect for keeping mosquitos off

I really don't like using the store-bought insect repellents and we have a bad bout of mosquitos this year.  Then I remembered that I had bought a bottle of Avon Skin-So-Soft, in the original formula spray bottle.  That has saved my skin this summer~! 

I spend alot of time outside and we've had our bout with drought, then heavy rains.  I spray this on my arms & legs and the mosquitos don't come near me.  I have rubbed a tiny dab on my older pup's face from the residue on my hands and they stay away from her also.

Great to apply after shower

Skin so soft body oil spray is great.  I love applying after I shower on my legs (they get real dry when I shave) and on my arms.  My skin stays soft and the smell is so pleasant.  My partner is not fond of strong scents (his nose is very sensitive), but this even he likes.  It also works great as a mosquito repellant, for when I travel over seas.  My cousin in Pakistan liked it so much that she asked me to leave mine with her.  Now I occassionally send her the big bottles of Skin SO soft oils, for which she is grateful.

I have a list of 101 uses that I am going through...so far I have tried 60 and all of them actually work....from bug repellent to adhesive remover this product is a winner.  I think the only downside to it is the smell...I personally like the smell but I've heard a lot of complaints that its smells bad.   I pay about $10 for a huge bottle....I could barely buy that much cheap baby oil at that price and we won't even talk about expensive bath products.  It's a winner in my book...I love cheap and I love muliti purpose!

I've been a big fan of Skin So Soft for years. Recently on a trip to the Dominican Republic I packed some of this new bath oil spray in my bag. It kept my sun damaged skin moist and supple. The smell was tolerable. It didn't chase people away. It also did a fantastic job in keeping all of the bugs away. Plus I really liked the spray bottle. It allowed more even coverage on the areas that needed it instead of getting all over my hands. You do however, need to reapply it if you sweat a lot of if you go in the water.
