I have had this product for some time. It is small and very practical to use. It is very easy to use from start to end. Simple options. Looks great on the kitchen counter and does not take up a lot of space. Works great and is very reliable. It is a must have for all baking and toasting needs. It has a few heating functions to meet all needs. I use the product to bake pot pies, frozen pizzas, thawing meat, toasting bagels, and keeping food warm. Wonderful design, easy to clean, very durable, safe enough for kids to use. I also got this toaster oven as a wedding gift for a good friend of mine and they've loved and raved about this product. Good for a small family that can meet everyday baking and toasting needs. DeLonghi products are built to be functional and can last for many years to come. Many of my family members use this brand and that was my first choice when deciding to get a convection toaster oven for my home. I give this product a 2 thumbs up!!!!

This is the best toaster oven I've ever had.  I think it can cook just about anything!  I bought it on sale from Williams-Sonoma and am very pleased with it.  The unit is well designed and has a stainless-steel finish that looks great.  The digital controls are easy to use and include pre-programmed settings that are explained in the manual along with tips for cooking various types of food.  An interior light turns on while the food is cooking so you can check at any time without having to open the door which is very convenient.  The oven came with several accessories: cookie sheets, bake/broil pans, a pizza pan, dehydrator kit and baking rack.  I love that the toaster oven is made to fit pizza and I no longer have to use my large oven for cooking pizza.  The convection feature is also very nice to have.  Finally, it does such a great job toasting bread, bagels, etc., that I no longer needed to keep my regular toaster.

I bought this Deloghi with a rather large store credit I had a Williams Sonoma...I did not want a toaster oven as I really thought this would be a waist of valuable counter space.  I have since had to eat crow...I LOVE this thing.  I honestly can not compare it to other models or brands but I can say if you have a large family this is a great unitasking appliance...you won;t need a toaster and you don't have to worry about soggy pizza in the microwave.  If you are cooking for one, you can "cook" frozen food without having to heat up your oven.  It is super simple to clean and comes with several 'extras'....pizza pan, two cookie sheets, two racks...cooling racks...I use all these for other purposes in the kitchen.  So far I have tossed all the trays in the dishwasher with no complications.  If you have no budget and enough space, buy it...If not...save up for it...especially if you don't really have an oven.  I would vote counter space for this over a microwave

I ORDERED THIS FROM THE DELONGHI SITE AND GOT THE REGULAR SHIPPING OPTION. THE QUOTED THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS, i RECIEVED IT IN 3 BISINESS DAYS. I UNPACKED IT AND WAS NICELY SURPRISED AT THE APPEARANCE. IT CAME WITH AN INTERIOR LIGHT,BAKING TRAY, PIZZA PAN, DEHYDRATING SHELVES,AND COOKING GUIDES. THERE IS A DIGITAL DISPLAY AND HAD MULTIPLE BACKING TEMPERATURES. THIS OVEN BAKES,TOASTES,DEHYDRATES,CONVECTION. THE OVEN HAS A SPILL TRAY THAT PULLS OUT FOR EASY CLEANING. I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE DELONGHI BRAND AND I'M FINDING THAT TO BE TRUE. THE FIRST TIME THAT I COOKED IN IT, I MADE BAKE CHICKEN AN THE CONVECTION SETTING AND IT WAS SUPERB. THE CLEAN UP WAS EASY AND QUICK. THE OVEN HEATS UP QUICKLY. THE DOOR SEALS ALL THE WAY FOR EVEN BAKING WITH NO ENERGY LOST. I GOT THIS TO USE INSTEAD OF ALLWAY USING MY WALL MOUNT OVEN. GOT WAY MORE THAN I EXPECTED.

When searching for the oven to review, I noticed the little description on ViewPoints says that it's supposed to cook things 40% faster. I haven't noticed that, but I haven't used the convection feature much. This little oven is my go-to oven, even though I have great full-sized appliances as well. It's the perfect size for frozen pizzas, small casseroles, toasting bread, roasting a head of garlic or veggies for 2, making meatloaf... the list goes on. I love that I don't have to heat up my whole big oven just for a small thing or two. It heats consistently and evenly. I don't own a regular toaster and don't miss it. Compared to my in-laws' toaster ovens, this one wins hands down. It looks sleek and comes with a lot of accessories: (partial list) pizza rack, two metal regular racks, lots of cooling racks, roasting pan with a raised roasting rack to sit on top (I use the pan for just about everything), and a crumb catcher at the bottom to easily remove fallen crumbs. I've had mine and used it A LOT for the past 2 1/2 years. I've had no issues at all.
