I have had this for about 4 months & for the most part I have been very satisfied.  It even allows my wireless printer to use the hotspot to connect to my laptop wirelessly.  Internet speed is slower than connecting directly to your Clear USB modem, but you can have several users on the Hotspot while you cant directly with the USB.  The only real flaw I have found is I cannot stream movies, upload pics or even slightly largish files with the ClearSpot.  I have to plug the USB modem directly into my laptop to upload files or stream much video.
