I have been searching for good shampoo for quite some time.   I've bought the expensive stuff before (Aveda) but have found that after a week or so, my hair goes back to it's errant ways.   I used this recently at a Hilton, and am absolutley in love with it!   My hair is sooooo soft after using it, and smells fabulous.  The test for me is seeing how my hair is on the 2nd day:  If it still feels & smells as good as day 1, I'm sold.   What I really love about this shampoo & conditioner is that when I straighten my thick, slightly wavy hair, I don't need any other product to smoothe it down!  Usually after blow drying I have to apply a generous amount of smoothing serum to tame the strays and make my ahir behave.    What I also love is that my hair has natural volume after using this product, and does not lie limp on my head many shampoos make it do.     End result: I have soft, smooth, great smelling hair with just the right amount of volume, and no feeling of greasiness or dryness on the 2nd day.   I am on a tight budget, but after using up my samples, am going to purchase the full sizes today!

I travel semi-frequently for work - but not enough for me to remember to pack my own shampoo and conditioner!  This month, as usual, I left my usual hair cair products at home, so I tried the Crabtree & Evelyn La Source shampoo and conditioner combination whileon the road.  The shampoo has a pleasing, slightly citrusy scent that's not too overpowering like other shampoo products.  The shampoo has a great consistancy out of the bottle, and easily works into a delightful, thick foam. The shampoo rinses clean very easily, and leaves hair feeling light and tangle-free.  The scent merges well with Crabtree & Evelyn's La Source conditioner, which should be used to complete the effect. While it's not the best shampoo product I've used in terms of moisturizing or control, it definitely gets the job done at a decent price.  It's a good choice for short term needs - especially if you're like me and on the road a lot...and forgetful!
