I was introduced to Comfortis from my vet.I have never heard of it before this.I was leary and trusted that they would know what's best for dogs.My dogs were so infested with fleas and they were crying in such misery.I couldn't wait any longer, seeing them suffer. I purchased 5 pills for my 5 senior dogs(3 pitbulls and 2 black lab mixes-so they are good sized dogs).I got home and went ahead and fed 4 of the dogs first thing like I was instructed to do.They told me to have the dogs take the pill with a meal and wait about 30 minutes until the fleas just start to fall out.The 5th dog, which is around 14 years old wasn't inside at the time.He was outside and always stays close by on our property so he didn't get treated at that time.I was going to do him as soon as he was back to eat his food so I could give him the pill with his food.I was skeptical about it really working that fast if even working at all like they said.Needless to say 30 minutes passed by and I looked at my white pitbull and I saw massive fleas that were dying right before my eyes.I was astonished. My other 3 dogs are dark in color so I couldn't see them like I could on my white dog but I figured this was happening to them as well. And it was because they had no more fleas when I looked at them real good in the light. The transformation was like magic and I was so impressed and excited for them to have comfort again,to be able to finally get some sleep.Things were happy until the next day.One of my pitbulls who is so strong and the healthiest of them all,was hunched over in a corner with her head all the way to the ground. She couldn't hardly walk and she couldn't lift her head up.If we would try to lift her head she would cry.She wouldn't eat, drink or go potty. She became paralysed and weighed heavily. This went on for 2 weeks thinking she was going to die or we would have to put her down. She finally started to walk around more after time and slowly came out of it and got better day to day.Thank God above
