Sinus problems have bothered me for as long as I can remember and it is not uncommon for me to completely lose my sense of smell and taste when my problems reach a peak. There is no cure for such conditions, but there are many over the counter drugs one can take to make the problems more bearable. One...

Ok so I have had allergies pretty much since i was born. Nothing has ever really been effective. My mom recommended claritin a few years ago. The very first time i took it, i was awake all night and was hyper and jittery. I figured maybe it was because this was my very first time taking Claritin D. So...

I've felt terrible for 6 weeks, and I'm on a second round of antibiotics. Finally, I figure it out. I'm allergic to pine, and the bathroom remodel is exposing pine beams. That new oak cabinet has a pine lining.

The builder suggests I try some Claritin-D. I call my brother who has allergies and takes something . . . Yes. It's Claratin-D, and he recommends that I give it a try as well.

Well, hallelujah. I do not wake up with my eyes all puffed up and feeling like I've not had any sleep. I do not have to take a nap to make it through the day. And, I'm not near as grumpy as I've been lately with it...

I have suffered with allergies for as long as I remember. I've tried a lot of OTC medicines and they only work for a short time. Presently, I don't have insurance and can't afford to get prescriptions filled forcing me to use what's available in the stores. The problem is that most of them make you drowsey and don't work for all my symptoms. I normally use Clarinex so I decided to take Claritin D and I only need to take it one time a day and it works just like the Clarinex. Every time I go to the pharmacy to get more I tell all the people I see looking confused on the allergy aisle to look no further.... review »

I have tried several allergy medications. Several have caused drowsiness and did not prohibit the allergic reactions I was having. This medication is rather costly, but the effects are well worth the extra cost.  After the Florida hurricanes in 2004, several of our buildings had mold infestation. Usually it wasn't enough to be harmful, but it was enough to set off my allergies. Coughing, sneezing, scratchy throat. Many allergy products worked temporarily, but caused me to be drowsy. A friend recommended Claritin, and I have been a faithful consumer since.  It has far exceeded the rest.

I have tried several different types of allergy medicines and what they say about this one really works. It doesn't false advertise and it really works. I would recommed this one to my friends. It's fast acting and doesn't make me drowsy.Be careful if you suffer from certain medical conditions, but in general, Claritin-D is one of the best combination allergy/sinus-congestion medicines that you can get. This stuff really knocks out those allergy symptoms. When you have a runny nose, phlegm in your throat, that awful, stuffy, cold-like feeling, Claritin-D gets the job done. Bear in mind that because... review »

This product is wonderful! Don't make the mistake of buying the regular non-drowsy Claritin though. The phsuedephedrine in the Claritin-D is what makes this product work so well.  I know you're thinking it's such a pain to go to the pharmacy and give them all your information just to get an allergy medicine, but it's worth it.

My allergies are especially bad in the spring and I always have sinus headaches.  This year my ears were clogged to the point that everytime I talked it sounded like an echo in my head.  I tried all sorts of different nasal sprays and allergy medicines, but they would...

Claritin D is a great allergy medicine.  I take it and two of my children take it.  I love that there is no drowsy side effects. It is kind of expensive which is the only bad thing about it, but they do have coupons in the Sunday coupons and sometimes in the box.  Claritin D is easy to take, with no bitter aftertaste, it's even easy for the kids to take.  Clartin D works good on the everyday allergy symptoms, I have less sneezing and less itchy throat since I started taking it.  My sons sinuses stay open without that draining feeling down the back of his throat all day, and his brother doesn't... review »

I tend to get sinus infections every time the seasons change.  It's something I have grown up with as a kid, and have continued to experience into adulthood.  Claritin has been a great solution for me - I have taken it daily for the past several months (fall semester) and have not had the usual sinus symptoms at all.  I had taken Claritin on and off for the past several years, but this is the first time I have been so consistent in taking it, and the consistency has paid off!  The only drawback is price, as daily use mandates several boxes of it per semester.  I have considered trying generic... review »

I have cat allergies and a boyfriend with a cat...so I picked up the 24 hour allergy and congestion Claritin D. It definitely works - no itchy nose or watery eyes or sneezing, but after awhile it can get expensive plus you have to give all your information when you buy it. I recently switched to regular Claritin and then to a generic drugstore version. Much cheaper and works just as great!

Claritin is expensive, but it works great on my allergies.  I have tried store brands, but they don't work as well.  It takes a little time to start working, but once it does, my nasal and chest congestion clears, my eyes stop watering, my headache starts to go away and my ears open up.  I love this stuff and recommend it to everybody.

I love Claritin D because it helps me survive the spring season in this area.  I never suffered from allergies until nearing 40 - but every spring now the cottonwood trees blowing what looks like snow in our backyard makes me ill.  Claritin helps me cope and not be so fuzzy.  I also recommend it to friends and family who seem to suffer the same every spring.  I hate the feeling that Benedryl or other products give me - they act like a sleeping pill to me - and heaven forbid I attempt to take them and work or drive!  But Claritin takes the "fuzziness" and stuffiness away without making me dull...

Claritin D 24 hour Allergy and Congestion tablets are easy to swallow and do not make you drowsy.  I found that my itchy nose and eyes, congestion and drainage was relived when using this product.  I took a dose at 8pm and it did not last the full 24 hours.  I noticed some symptoms in the morning when I woke up, but they were not as strong as the night before.  I believe the product is average when relieving allergy symptoms, but would still give it a try if you're new to allergies or are looking to switch medicines.  Claritin D is a trusted brand and I think the 24 hour Allergy and Congestion...

Claritin D 24 hour allergy and congestion tablets are worth the extra money and time it takes to get them.  It is a bit of a hassle to have to go the pharmacy, however Claritin works the best. It may seem a little more expensive but if you consider that you only need to take one every twenty-four hours, it actually averages out on price. I have taken Claritin D for about 5 months now and noticed that i personally do not get that "jittery" feeling that I get from other sinus medicines. It takes about an hour to work but then it keeps working for the full 24 hours. I have had sinus and allergy...

claritin d 24hr release, my husband thinks  they're the bee's knee's but my daughter and i hate them... they're big, slow acting if at all, she gets hives, they make your nose burn and your eyes dry. i tried these and they were so large they got stuck in my throat and i had to sit and wait for them to start dissolving before they would go down and then i was still stuffy and dry hours later never really noticed them working, my nose was even still running it only slowed the running.  these could pose a threat to someone desperate to get relief because they could over dose.! when you are sick...
