Cappresso Coffee Makers - Expensive...But Worth It!
Capresso coffee makers are extremely expensive. There's no arguing that. However, if you go to gormet coffee houses as often as we were you're gonig to find out that you'll actually save money fairly soon after getting one and the convenience will win you over. They self clean and store enough water to make several cups of coffee. The best feature though is getting a perfect cappacino/expresso/latte/mocca whenever you want. And you can even make a fancy hot chocolate for the kids. My initial concern, after deciding to take the plunge an splurge on one of these, was how long this machine would last. I'd have to say that the Swiss reputation for making precision products of the highest quality is well founded. We've had ours for over 2 years, used it almost every day - twice a day, and have never had a problem with it. We do stick to the regular cleaning cycles though and use their cleaning tablets. The only gripe I'd have is that the cleaning supplies are a bit pricey. Otherwise, we'll never go back to Starbucks again.
