A different kind of bouquet!

I am a huge fan of unique bouquets and have made quite a few myself. However, due to the fact that I live far away from my family, I am not able to make these and send them to my family for special occasions since they have got destroyed the few times that I have tried. These bouquets always hold up great when sent through the mail and they offer a wide assortment of bouquets to pick from for almost every occasion. Their site is very easy to use too. The down side to these bouquets are that they are relatively expensive and the customer service is relatively poor. When a bouquet wasn't delivered any where close to the date that I had ordered it for, they would do nothing about it. I like their bouquets, but I don't like their service.

Product never received and service is sub standard...

I placed an order and never got a confirmation number for my order. I called back and in 24 hours left 3 messages on voice mail and a message from there web site and never got a call back. I then began getting concern that the gift I ordered would not be sent to my son for his birthday. called me credit card company they did not put through a charge which made me more concerned that my son would not have a gift for his birthday... BTW the message on their voice mail was about the Christmas holiday... Very poor customer Service... Still have not gotten a call. If you can't handle a business then stop this is not a part time when you feel like it. people depend on you to do what you promised.

cute idea terrible service

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered last Thursday checking that shipment should be ASAP which in most countries means immediately. I figured it would ship on Monday as I paid for two day delivery and cold shipment. On Weds. I went on line and checked order is showed it had not shipped. Concerned, I called the company. The lady told me she was running a report and would check on it. In about an hour or so she called and said it was shipped on Monday and should have been delivered on Tuesday. I called my cousin to see if it had arrived she said no. After it still had not arrived by the late afternoon on Wednesday I called back again and spoke to someone who said it was shipped by Fedex and they would have to call Fedex. They called me back and said Fedex said it would be delivered on Friday. I was furious. Tried to call back but they were closed. Left a message. Called first thing this morning...no repsonse. Sent emails ...no response. Finally they emailed me and told me I had not written a specific date just asap and paid for two day delivery...duh!!!!She said they had shipped it yesterday and it would be delivered Friday. Two lies..one saying it had shipped Monday and then another saying Fedex screwed up. I have saved both of these messages to my phone. They knew that this was a gift for a senior citizen from my mother who was sending it her sister. My mom is on hospice now the last birtday gift she will be sending to her sister is late. If they had been honest I could have made other arrangements. Do not use or trust this company
