uggg this thing i hate to even talk about. ok first of all i have 2 teenagers,dog and cat and needed at new vac, my mom offered to purchase one on her jcpenney card for me. oh i won't even tell her how awful this thing is. i just went and grabbed a new one from walmart till i can afford a better one. this thing has hardly any cord so you have to keep moving it to different plugs, and it doesnt' pick up anything. by the time i got it home the first week it worked fine after that it's trash. tried to take back but i had thrown my reciept away.(my fault) don't ever get this piece of junk. oh ya also it turns itself off whenever it feels like it too!
