I have very sensitive skin, so I have used tide before but it made me break out in a rash. I had to switch to a gentle organic detergent because of my sensitive skin. I tried several different types, one made me break out in a rash as well, I think it reacted with our hard water. Anyhow, I got a bottle of biokleen and no more rashes, no more itching, plus it cleaned my clothes very nicely. It is a wonderful product, a lifesaver for my sensitive skin. Plus it is cheaper than tide, since a little goes a long ways. A big bottle like this lasts for us, about six months. It is truly a great product. I prefer the liquid version, but I have also used the powered version and that works as well. It is 100 % natural and safe for the environment which I love. I love the fact that is a natural product and I have used the other cleaners that they make. Once again a great product, one that I recommend to everyone with sensitive skin.

I have a very "sensitive" family; we have sensitive skin and are sensitive to chemical fumes and synthetic fragrances. All Temperature Citrus Laundry Liquid by Biokleen gently and safely gets our clothes clean and leaves the clothes smelling fresh, with just a subtle, natural citrus smell. I've even used this detergent in a non-electric washing machine that has to be hand-cranked, and it still performed wonderfully. It's very concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way. This cuts down on pollution by allowing a smaller bottle. Of course, the safe and natural ingredients are also gentle on the environment, which is a huge plus. Performance It really does the job. It's gentle on the clothes but gets them clean. It even cleans my husband's icky, sweaty, dirty work clothes. When my children were infants, it worked great to gently but effectively clean their clothes, wash rags, burp clothes, and other baby things, even when the items were heavily soiled. It effectively got out the stains but never caused any rash or irritation on my babies' skin. Scent The natural fragrance is very pleasant but very subtle, which is exactly what I'm looking for.

Biokleen's liquid laundry detergent is a pretty good choice for your laundry needs. It has a noninvasive nonlingering smell, yet your clothes still come out smelling fresh and clean. It is easy to measure and dispense right in the cap and works for either conventional or high efficiency (HE) washing machines. In some areas, it is harder to find at your local brick and mortar store, forcing some people to likely have to shop for it online, which may reduce its price effectiveness, depending on shipping costs, but I think it is a fair price for what you are getting. I initially used a bottle and moved on to another brand laundry detergent, but have since come back to the Biokleen and have been satisfied with the results thus far. Obviously, no laundry detergent seems to be a miracle worker on every stain, particularly with children, but this one does a good job without some of the harshness of conventional laundry products.

I have used a lot of different detergents over the years from the inexpensive mainstream brands to the newer more natural brands. I have been a bit underwhelmed by many natural alternative laundry detergents, but in this case, this one is a winner. Performance I use a septic tank, so I am always very concerned about the kinds of detergents that I use in my laundry. I prefer to have a detergent that not only cleans well, but that uses very little product and yet is not going to mess up our ground water. Biokleen All Temperature is the best choice in detergent that I have made yet. It is a nice detergent with a quick break down time. It not only takes just a little for our front loader washer, but it cleans better than any other detergent in cold water. I have to say that this is one of the best detergents that I have ever used. The price is decent because it takes only about a tablespoon to clean a whole load in our large front washer. The only problem I have with this detergent is that it is hard to find locally and I have to send away for it from drugstore (dot) com. Scent Although this is citrus scent, I find that the scent does not linger in the clothes much. Because of the fantastic way it cleans clothes, I don't mind at all, although this citrus scent is invigorating and I like it.

I couldn't believe that a tiny cap full of this laundry liquid could do the work of my "regular" soap. WOW, was I shocked! This laundry soap is just amazing! It suds up like crazy in my super hard water, it cleans my clothes better than others that cost twice as much. I was able to get an amazing deal on this soap at Azure Standard dot com and had to give it a try! This stuff even cleans up my husband's nasty grease stained, feedlot stained, and stinky clothes. They scent is great, though it doesn't stay on the clothes. I have had a hard time in the past with laundry soaps dulling my clothes in my hard water, but not with this stuff. I LOVE it and I won't go back to the other stuff ever again. Performance It cleans better than any soap I have ever tried. It gets grease and mud/dirt stains out easily. It suds up even in hard water. Scent The great citrus scent is has is wonderful. It doesn't stay on your clothes but it is still great.

I've been using Biokleen products for years. Their products are high-quality, effective, and safe to use around children and pets. I prefer to avoid the harmful chemicals present in many laundry detergents. Biokleen's all temperature soap has always worked very well for me. It keeps my clothes clean and colours bright. I particularly like the fact that it can be used with all temperatures of water. I generally use a cold water cycle, but have also had fine results using this detergent in warm or hot water. It's also a concentrated formula, so a little goes a long way. It only takes an ounce to wash a full load, so a 64 ounce bottle is good for a long time. It's sometimes a bit pricey if bought in my local stores, but I often find excellent prices on-line. I recommend this detergent without hesitation.

I can't remember why I even tried Biokleen laundry liquid. But I love it! It is naturally made from grapefruit seed and coconut water. I am not a huge organic person, but I do feel that anything natural that can do the job is better for us. It diffinitely can't hurt! Especially since the laundry soap is washing the clothes that are going on my kids. It elliminates a lot of toxins that soak up in their clothes and then go on their body. It smells great but isn't completely overwhelming like some other laundry soaps. And the best part is it takes like 1 ounce for each load! A jug lasts for weeks, literally. And I tons of laundry. At least a couple loads most days. It is a little more expensive that other soaps per jug. But it takes two to three jugs of the other laundry soaps to last as long as one jug of Biokleen. So in the end, it is diffinitely the better deal. I have never looked for it in stores though. I have purchased it from thenaturalstore.com and soap.com.

I used to use Biokleen's All-Temperature Laundry Liquid, but have since switched to the Cold-Water Laundry Liquid.  I didn't see an option to review just the Cold-Water Laundry Liquid, so I'm posting my review here.  I'm not sure that the Cold-Water specific laundry liquid is really different than the all-temperature one, anyway (I've been wondering if it's just a marketing gimick).  Either way, I really like both versions.  It has a nice citrusy smell, but unlike your average Tide and other industrial cleaners, it doesn't leave your clothes with an overpowering scent.  They'll just smell clean.  I also like that this laundry liquid goes on sale relatively often at our local natural foods store and online at drugstore.com.  Now if only it would show up at Costco...  I love the whole Biokleen line of cleaners and intend to continue using this for years to come.  The main reason I switched to the cold-water version is that I've been washing all my clothes in cold water to save on electricity.

I recently discovered Bio Kleen, when we switched to cloth diapers for our newborn son.  I tried Rockin' Green first, since hey, it's such a cool sounding name, but it didn't seem to work for us.  I then tried some Rockin' Green soft rock, since they thought it might be soft water that was the problem - nope.  So, after a bit of research, I came across Bio Kleen.  From the very first wash, everything has come out fresh and clean!  I love that it is super concentrated and you only use 1-2 Tbsp for an entire wash load.  It smells fresh too!  I have had no problems with it irritating our son's skin and am so pleased that we finally found a detergent that works so well.  One bottle lasts for a really long time, even with our loads of launtry practically every day.  It is environmentally friendly too, so i can feel good about that part of it.  I do prefer the larger jug of detergent, since that way I don't have to  have a measureing spoon at the washer all the time.
