I had terrible headaches. They soon turned to migraines. So I scheduled an appointment with my doctor. Until I was able to get in, I took a Benadryl Allergy Plus Sinus Headache Kapgel, and an extra strength Tylenol to go with it. This made me very sleepy. I usually took this before bed. This way I could sleep instead of my headaches and migraines keeping me up all hours of the night. I called this mixture my "cocktail." (No Alcohol was in it. It is just a joke.) this worked for me a little bit before my appointment arrived. Then I was put on prescription and I no longer take my cocktail anymore. Effectiveness it worked when I mixed it. I would recommend taking for small headaches, to sleep, or for an drowsy allergy medication. Ease of Use I can swallow pills, so this was not a problem at all. I have a very difficult time with any decongestants. They make me very nervous, give me nightmares and make me feel worse than not taking them. Well this stuff works absolutely great. If you get sinus headaches or anything like that then this works great. It also relieves allergy symptoms and helps with itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, but it also helps with some pain caused by sinuses too. It seems to work faster than normal benadryl and it stops all the pressure in your head when you are congested real bad. it helps stop itching too and gets rid of the worst symptoms you can possibly have. The only problem with this is like most benadryl, it does make you tired. But anytime I take any benadryl product I expect to get tired so that is nothing new for me. I recommend this medicine to anyone who suffers from horrible allergies, or anyone who gets an itch or rash or anything like that.

I am allergic to cold weather. It sounds weird, but if I stay outside when it's very-very cold for more than 1-2 hours, I start sneezing once or twice and then this awful sinus pressure just hits me. So, then, I pop 1-2 pills of Benadryl. It works fast. BUT! I can only pop 2 pills if I intend to go to bed. The antihistamine that it contains is quite strong, in about 10-15 minutes it puts me to sleep. During the day I just take 1. It does do everything that it says on the package. The drugs in it are good.

Benadryl Allergy and Sinus Headache Gelcaps are a real lifesaver for me.  I keep a supply on hand that makes me look like a small convenience store!  They work for me for a variety of ailments.  (1) Sometimes if I catch a migraine early enough they work for that.  I don't know why, but they are sure a lot cheaper than my prescription migraine medication.  Must use it immediately at onset, however.  (2) I am sensitive to the sun.  Spending time out in the sun, even with sunscreen, often leaves me feeling ill.  If I know the night before that I am going to be outside a lot, I can take one of these gelcaps before bed and another in the morning and have only minimal, if any, negative effects from the sun.  (3)  I have some seasonal allergies that for whatever reason these benadryl work on better than other OTC or prescription medication. I try to only take one unless I will be able to sleep.  They make me a bit drowsy if I take two and I act strange.  This happens with other allergy or sinus medication I take though, so it is not a problem unique to benadryl.  I LOVE this stuff!  Harder to find than the stuff in the pink box, but worth looking for it.  I was also allowed to take it while pregnant and nursing and it SAVED me when some other things were no-nos.

i have tried many over the counter sinus remedies and allergy pills.  Most relieve the congestion but don't stop the annoying nasal drip.  Benadryl Sinus & Allergy does both and allows me to get my work done and enjoy my life.  It is also very reasonably priced and works better than the more expensive allergy pills such as Claritin.
