Great soap, great scent!

5

What a great smelling soap! I have never really liked grapefruit in any shape or form, so I didn't think that I would like this scent at all. I first saw it at my friend's house. I tried it and I loved it! It is nice and fruity smelling, which I love. It is very refreshing while using it as well. It cleans great- just like all of Bath and Body Work's other varieties of soaps do. I love the foam that this pump produces because I am getting the same cleaning power as normal hand soaps, only you don't go through these foaming soaps as quickly. More bang for your buck this way! I was really sad when I found out that this scent was discontinued but I know there are many more Bath and Body Works scents to look forward to! Effectiveness Cleans your hands exceedingly well. The foaming pump and formula cleans but uses much less soap than a normal hand soap uses. Scent Such a great, fruity scent! Very refreshing and smells exactly the way you think it would.

I Want To Eat This Stuff, But It Dries My Hands

When the dentist got in this hand soap, I couldn't wait to use the bathroom just to wash my hands in it! The smell is fantastic, but the soap itself strips my hands a bit too much. Effectiveness I have a hard time deciding how to rate this soap. The fragrance is so fantastic that I love using it, but my hands get so dry that I can not use it much at all. When I would use this soap, despite the claims that it has moisturizing ingredients in it, my hands were left very tight and dry. I would have to apply moisturizer all day long and sometimes my hands would hurt a bit from being so tight. I used it when I had to as it was the only hand soap available at the office for a while, but I eventually had to get my own small bottle to carry with me instead. It really did bother my hands. INGREDIENTS FOR SENSITIVE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO KNOW: Water (Aqua, Eau), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Fragrance (Parfum), PPG-1-PEG-9 Lauryl Glycol Ether, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Fruit Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Extract, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Honey Extract (Mel, Extrait de Miel), Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Hydroxyethyl Urea, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Propylene Glycol, Triethylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Benzophenone-4, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Red 40 (CI 16035), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Red 33 (CI 17200). Scent The grapefruit scent of this stuff is so fantastic, is smells like someone cut open fresh grapefruits in the room. That makes it very fun to use. The smell is so strong that it permeates an entire room! I only wish that the soap was not so harsh on my hands, or I would still be using it!

Bath & Body Works makes some amazing products, and I just discovered their *Pink Grapefruit *scented hand soap.  This bottle of Bath & Body Works Pink Grapefruit Anti-Bacterial Gentle Foaming Hand Soap comes in an unusual shaped bottle.  It is almost a diamond shape, but the cap is round, with a pump style dispenser. The bottle is clear so you can see when the contents is getting low, and it holds 8.75 ounces of hand soap.  This might not sound like a lot of soap, but since it is dispensed as a foam, the bottle actually lasts for many months. The front label lets us know that this formula contains both aloe vera and vitamin B5, so not only does it gently wash and moisturize the hands, but it also kills germs as well since it contains the antiseptic triclosan (0.3%).  On the side of the bottle is printed "The Original Bath & Body Works Anti-Bac Collection", and this is one of my favorite scents when it comes to using a hand soap.  Many of the cheaper liquid hand soaps on the market are products that I cannot use because I find them extremely drying to my hands.  Since I suffer with dry skin anyway, it can be a struggle to find a soap that not only kills germs, but is also mild and moisturizing.  This product does exactly that! Not only do I love how well this soap works, but I love the delightful pink grapefruit scent!  It really does truly smell like a freshly cut grapefruit, and the scent lingers for quite a while after I have washed my hands. Another complaint I have with liquid soaps is that the pump style dispenser gives me *way too much soap!  *I feel like I am wasting it half the time, and it leaves a ton of suds in my sink that have to be washed down the drain.  I really like how this Bath & Body Works product produces just the right amount of silky soft foam!  Overall, this is a great product and I will make it a regular part of my germ killing regimen. Effectiveness Cleans and moisturizes at the same time. One of the few soaps that does not leave my hands more dry than before a washing. Scent Fresh scent that really does smell a lot like real grapefruit

BBW Pink Grapefruit has a nice crisp smell.

I was given a gift card to Bath & Body Works this Chirstmas, and it was so fun to go and smell all of their different scents! The one scent that stuck out above the rest was their Pink Grapefruit scent. I instanly loved it! I bought several different Pink Grapefruit products including the Pink Grapefruit Gentle Foaming Hand Soap. It has the most crisp, invigorating smell! It makes me want to wash my hands just to get a whiff of it! It comes out very nicely out of the dispenser. I like the foam, because you don't need to use as much as with traditional hand soap. It leaves my hands feeling very smooth and moisturized, living up to the "gentle" in it's name! I have even re-used some of the bottles to make my own foaming hand soap.

I love love love the way the Bath and Body Works Pink Grapefruit Gentle Foaming Hand Soap smells. I got this as a gift, and it was one which I originally did not like the smell of, since the scent is very strong while you are using it. But it grew on me, and now I really love the scent, it is one of the best! I love that is comes out as a foam too, this really makes my hands feel like they are getting super clean. The pump is nice and easy to use, it is easy to push down, and it works just fine. My only problem with these is that it seems like there really isnt all that much product in the bottle. I have used mine for only a few weeks, and it seems that it is being used up too quickly. The bottle is almost half gone already, and I only use one or two pumps each time I wash my hands. Regardless, I will continue to buy Bath and Body Works Gentle Foaming Hand Soaps, as they work wonderfully. They also make my hands feel very soft afterwards.

The grapefruit is a refreshing smell

Bath and Body has a long line of soaps that I'm sure you're familiar with. We were given about 5 of these last Christmas, some anti-bacterial, some foaming, some scrubs. By far, our favorite (that means both me AND my husband!) was the grapefruit. The grapefruit smell was not as sickenly sweet as say the Candy Apple, and more natural than the Cotton or Sweet Pea. The citrus flavor/blend of this soap was nice to have in our home in the stale winter air. The smell didn't leave a strong after-smell on your hands either, which my husband appreciated, and it didn't make me sneeze, which I appreciated! The one down side, is the foaming part. Personally, I think the foaming hand soap just doesn't go as far/last as long/or clean as deeply as the scrub or antibacterial gel kinds of soap. So I guess that's my recommendation. This smell of soap is a high recommendation of mine for a winter soap, but don't get the foam, get the gel if you can find it.
