I purchased this washer in September of 2012. One week later the belt popped. The repairman came and fixed it, only for it to happen again a few days later. In April 2013 the motherboard needed replaced. All in all we have had 7 service visits. I think it cleans clothes great and spins enough water out so that drying time is cut in half. If it would work all of the time. Energy Efficiency It helps by reducing drying time. Cleaning Time This washer cycles are pretty fast. The spin cycle lasts less time than other washers because it spins at a higher rate of speed. Performance You can always tell when something is messing up because it will stop spinning water out of the clothes Ease of Use It is real easy to use. It even has a balance sensor. Design Great design but the cycle setting knob is flimsy. Durability Seven service calls in a year is too much. One replaced motherboard, one replaced motor, and five belts replaced. This was with only two loads a week.

I personally have this wash machine in our home, we have been using it for over four years now, and have not had the first problem out of it, I love all the different options there are to wash clothes of different sorts, easy to use, and clothes come clean! Energy Efficiency its pretty good on electricity, I have not seen our light bill sky rocket because of it. Cleaning Time average amount of time to wash a load of clothes Design average design

I can't beleive how terrible this Washer is!! It not only ripped our clothes but didn't clean them right. Energy Efficiency Not much change. Cleaning Time Time is ok, just didn't do the job right Performance Very poor!! Left clothes stained or dirty Ease of Use ok Design Plain & Simple Durability It works, just not well! Awfully rough on clothes, sometimes it even ripped them apart, have to use Delicate Cycle on all loads!

We bought this after our old washer kept going off-balance and didn't work properly. It was affordable and well worth the money. It has never gone off-balance and works very well. I do at least one load in it everyday. Our clothes come out very clean! This machine should work well for us for a long time. Design I wish there was a way to turn the lid lock off.

I love this washer! It washes clothes fast. My loads are always clean. This washer is very durable it has been through 3 moves and countless loads of laundry and still runs like the first day I bought. I would recommend this to everyone I know. Energy Efficiency Does not run my electric bill to much at all. I hardly see a change in my electric bill. Cleaning Time Very fast clothes are usually done in a half hour. Performance My clothes are always clean. Ease of Use it says everything right on the panel of the washer so its easy to figure out. Design looks nice. Durability I have this washer a long time and it still runs like new.

I have had this washer for awhile now and I absolutely love it! I do on average 2-3 loads of laundry a day and it works great for everything from towels to truck drivers clothes! I love how spacious the inside is and just how well it works. Overall I would recommend this washer to most anyone.
